 + -1 moreSo far it has been 4 weeks since my deposit and all I have gotten is a bunch of excuses as to why my countertops are not done. After insisting that I need them in this week, which he would not promise, Charles hem-hawed around trying to get me to drop the backsplash wall since "it would be so difficult". Then he proceeded to tell me tonight that my counters were holding him up from the rest of his work because they were so difficult.... Umm, this is supposedly what he does every day!?? I am so angry I am ready to demand my deposit back and just go to Home Depot!!😡😡

 + -1 moreas they went.These guys are awesome. They went above and beyond by pulling the stove and leveling it with the new countertops. HD didn't bother when they delivered the stove. They took their time and installed the new countertops in a professional manner and double checked their work. All three were busy at all times helping each other out to make the install go better. They respected my house and cleaned up well as they went along. Charles (owner) kept me informed and explained every step. I already have them in mind for new bathroom countertops and will use them.
Description of Work: Charles, Heath and Chris arrived on schedule to remove old countertops and install new granite ones.
