I would highly recommend this company! Not only did they do an excellent job painting our metal roof but they were prompt, polite, and very professional. I wish every contractor had the same business practices and ethics of this company!

Alberto's team, led by Jose, did a fantastic job on my cabin. They were here everyday until the job was finished. Everything in the contract was completed. The price was very reasonable. My cabin looks brand new.

Alberto was prompt, professional, timely, competitively priced. He and his crew did excellent work and also cleaned exterior windows. One side of the home had sun damage so he did two coats. We would recommend highly and will use him again when we need more work.

They did an ok job, however, a tip, have the workers wash the windows after power washing. I have 25 windows, they were a MESS. The cleaning solution was allowed to dry in the hot Georgia sun and heat. It took me quite a bit of time to get them clean after the workers left that Sunday. A few days later once all had dried, they came back for the stain/ sealer application to the house, garage and decking. We had our cars parked at the very end of the driveway. No one covered our cars or told us to OR to move them further away. There was not even a slight breeze that hot August day, 2019, so the stain must have just drifted in the air. Our vehicles were COVERED with stain. The worst part were the windshields, which when you drove them, if there was ANY sun coming in at all, you saw hundreds/ thousands of itty-bitty rainbow colored sparklies with a brown undertone, which was the Australian Timber OIl in Honey Teak. Visibility was extremely poor when the sun was coming into the windshield. My daughter in law got her new windshield last week, I get mine next week, a $250 extra expense EACH that was totally preventable. PLUS, our cars are still covered with the stain/ sealer, it was just the most important to replace the windshields for proper visibility. PLEASE, keep this in mind if you are having this type of work done. We thought we were parked far enough away, NOPE. Just a little forethought or a word from the painters could have and would have PREVENTED this. Thank you for basically an over-all good job though.

On time, cleaned behind themselves, polite and very professional while doing everything promised, on time. I would recommend and use again for all future jobs.

Alberto was good to work with and provided a very competitive quote to resolve our unique issues. Our home is remote and our availability was infrequent. Alberto made it all happen despite weather challenges and scheduling difficulties. He got the job done early and did a great job. I plan on hiring Alberto when I have more painting needs and he is scheduled to work with me on a exterior cleaning project soon.

We are very pleased with the work they did. They showed up exactly when they said they would. All the workers had good rapport, were very friendly and professional. The quote I received was spot on and fair. We made a couple of changes at the end of the job and they had no problems accommodating our requests without additional costs.

Alberto and his crew were prompt, professional, pleasant, and thorough. The entire process took only a few days, and our cabin looks wonderful! He and his people are hard and diligent workers. We would gladly hire them again for any painting/ staining project.

This is the second time we've used Alberto and he did a good job at a reasonable price. He mainly does work on cabins in extreme north GA but he is happy to come down to western Pickens County for work as well. I'd definitely recommend that you give him an opportunity and expect you'd be satisfied too.

Bad service provider and poor quality work. Written price quote was for pressure washing and 2 coats of solid deck stain on railings, deck floor and steps, all both topside and underneath. Pressure washing was marginal and the two young men who did the washing did not bother to remove any of the washing's considerable residual debris and dirt left on the concrete floor under the deck after washing the top and underside of the deck. Painter, attempted to limit deck application to one coat of paint until I provided him a copy of his (Alberto) own written quote that specified two solid coats. Painter then proceeded to use an airless paint spray gun to apply two very thin coats of paint that were equivalent of one rolled on coat. Result: the solid stain (2 thin coats) appears as a semi-solid coat. I had requested use of Dock and Deck stain and the painter ignored this selection. He, Alberto, was going to apply the product that he wished to apply regardless of my prior written decision. The color had to be remixed due to too much purple and I asked Alberto to make sure he provided me with the new formula. This he did not do and I had to have the formula looked up and faxed to another store when buying additional paint to redo his poor inadequate work. His assistant lost several of my gutter screws which I will now have to replace myself. The only positive thing I can say is that they did work hard so I paid them full price anyway. I would never recommend Elaran Painting and Alberto to anyone.

I am very happy with the job that Alberto Lopez did on our home. I could not have found a better, more professional person to deal with. Our house has a very high prow and Alberto's crew was able to pressure wash and stain everything. They were thorough and meticulous in the work that they did. Our porch has a railing that has laurel wood pickets... very intricate work when it comes to staining. Everything was done so professionally and so beautifully, that my neighbor had them do his house too. They took the time to cover all my plants and shrubs, so that nothing was damaged. I highly recommend this company. You won't find anyone that can do a better job, and the value is fantastic. I did buy the stain myself. I used Sikkens and got it on sale at Sisson's in Blue Ridge.
