Description of Work: Pressured washed, caulked cracks, stained, and painted trim on exterior of a 2 story log cabin.

Description of Work: Pressure washed entire house, carport, garage, and back of neighbors mildewed fence.Painted two portions of the house after caulking and sanding. Stained unfinished stairs, covered porch and painted walls and ceiling. Painted all areas left bare by pressure washing. Painted neighbor's fencing. Added last minute items with no problems.

Description of Work: Price quoted included caulking all horizontal cracks on our log home and make sure windows were cleaned, since they did not cover the windows. Caulking was not done with a quality caulk and lots of cracks were not caulked. When they came back to caulk they used clear silicone for windows and doors not caulk for logs and now I have unstainable shiny caulk all around the house. When they pressure washed it ran on the windows and glass. They came back to clean the windows but they still look terrible. There is also overspray on the window sills of the windows. One rake and fascia board is in need of another coat because it is in the highest area of the house and it had never had any stain on it. The rest of the house had been stained 7 years ago. Alberto said on 11/09/15 they would come back out and correct these issues but I have not heard from him. I asked him how long his work was guaranteed for and he told me ONE WEEK.

Description of Work: External house painting of all wood siding, concrete walls, and decks. All work was completed in a timely fashion within a week. Very happy with the results.

Description of Work: Pressure washed metal roofs and all wood structures on two buildings. Caulked many areas that I didn't expect to be done and sealed bee holes. They painted all the window trim, concrete foundations, walkway wood timbers and a few items that were not part of the home, but needed stain to match.

Description of Work: Had the house siding re-stained, porches treated/stained. Alberto was great to work with, good communication throughout. Very responsive. Not the least expensive/not the most expensive but you do get what you pay for! No added costs above the quote at the end and he even had to give one sun-exposed side of the house an additional coat to make it look right. The house looks brand new - better than we had hoped. We had one issue (our fault, with supplier not the work) that Alberto went above/beyond to help resolve and in the end, no additional cost us. He truly was great to work with, excellent customer service, and does terrific work. Would definitely recommend.
