 + 0 moreI am very happy with the job that Alberto Lopez did on our home. I could not have found a better, more professional person to deal with. Our house has a very high prow and Alberto's crew was able to pressure wash and stain everything. They were thorough and meticulous in the work that they did. Our porch has a railing that has laurel wood pickets... very intricate work when it comes to staining. Everything was done so professionally and so beautifully, that my neighbor had them do his house too. They took the time to cover all my plants and shrubs, so that nothing was damaged. I highly recommend this company. You won't find anyone that can do a better job, and the value is fantastic. I did buy the stain myself. I used Sikkens and got it on sale at Sisson's in Blue Ridge.

 + 0 moreContractor showed up on time, pressured washed exterior of house on Friday. Returned Monday to caulk and apply 1st coat of stain. Rained Tuesday, contractor called Monday night to take a rain day off. Returned Wednesday to apply 2nd coat of stain and complete painting trim. Contractor and crew were polite, hard workers, and kept work area clean daily. Put down tarps to protect plants, neatly stacked equipment at end of work day. Contractor completed job at estimate price, used quality name brand stain and paint. Would highly recommend this crew for any painting job in this area.
Description of Work: Pressured washed, caulked cracks, stained, and painted trim on exterior of a 2 story log cabin.

This is the best company we have dealt with as far as on time and wanting to please. I can't say enough good things about this company. Being snowbirds, we have dealt with all kinds of folks. Description of Work: Pressure washed entire house, carport, garage, and back of neighbors mildewed fence.Painted two portions of the house after caulking and sanding. Stained unfinished stairs, covered porch and painted walls and ceiling. Painted all areas left bare by pressure washing. Painted neighbor's fencing. Added last minute items with no problems.

Description of Work: Price quoted included caulking all horizontal cracks on our log home and make sure windows were cleaned, since they did not cover the windows. Caulking was not done with a quality caulk and lots of cracks were not caulked. When they came back to caulk they used clear silicone for windows and doors not caulk for logs and now I have unstainable shiny caulk all around the house. When they pressure washed it ran on the windows and glass. They came back to clean the windows but they still look terrible. There is also overspray on the window sills of the windows. One rake and fascia board is in need of another coat because it is in the highest area of the house and it had never had any stain on it. The rest of the house had been stained 7 years ago. Alberto said on 11/09/15 they would come back out and correct these issues but I have not heard from him. I asked him how long his work was guaranteed for and he told me ONE WEEK.

 + 0 moreFANTASTIC! Hired on Wednesday, the crew arrived Friday morning to pressure-wash & clean all log, siding, exposed beams & ceilings, and decks. House dried over the weekend, the crew returned Monday morning and worked all day applying the first coat of stain. When they returned to finish the job, they replaced everything that had been moved or removed in order to stain, cleaned the yard, and cleaned the windows on the whole house. It looks better than new!! Family owned and operated, it is a privilege to have met such polite, hard-working and pleasant people. This business is truly SUPERIOR. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your home or business.

 + 0 moreI hired this man for his immediate return calls and e-mails. He visited as promised showing stain samples and photographs of some of his work. This is a family owned and operated business. No contract, just a hand shake.
Description of Work: Pressure washed metal roofs and all wood structures on two buildings. Caulked many areas that I didn't expect to be done and sealed bee holes. They painted all the window trim, concrete foundations, walkway wood timbers and a few items that were not part of the home, but needed stain to match.

Description of Work: Had the house siding re-stained, porches treated/stained. Alberto was great to work with, good communication throughout. Very responsive. Not the least expensive/not the most expensive but you do get what you pay for! No added costs above the quote at the end and he even had to give one sun-exposed side of the house an additional coat to make it look right. The house looks brand new - better than we had hoped. We had one issue (our fault, with supplier not the work) that Alberto went above/beyond to help resolve and in the end, no additional cost us. He truly was great to work with, excellent customer service, and does terrific work. Would definitely recommend.

 + -1 moreThey came with 4 painters and worked 3 days only stopping for lunch. The home is 10 years old and had wood that needed replacing which they also did. The shutters all had to come off and stained a different color. We used solid hide stain. It looks very nice and we could not be more pleased

I asked Alberto to do a couple of extra things as far as painting, (two front porch lights and the chimney cap) this was not a problem for him, he cleaned up every day before going home, true professional.
