It went well and they were on time and did exactly what they said they would. They loaded and hauled everything away like they said they would.

They were very polite and completed the job very well.

Mr. Wright is really awesome, he fit me into a tight schedule on last minute notice. I called him on Monday and he tried to squeeze me in but couldn't get to me but he was there on Tuesday like he promised and we appreciate him for doing the job. He is professional and very personable person, which is great because it show's he takes pride in getting things done. I couldn't have found a better company to do my household hauling of large items, and would suggest fellow members to look no further than Mr. Wright and The Hauling Man company.

The guys that came were very nice and helpful, they called ahead to let me know when they were on their way so I wasn't waiting all day. They were considerate about how to get to my junk with out damaging my yard. They were super fast, the entire transaction was done in about 30 minutes. I would hire them again in a minute.

They came as scheduled. No additional cost. They were prompt, they were courteous an they didn't do any complaint or anything. They just took it and that's it.

When I signed up for the deal, I did not clearly understand what is meant by 5 cubic yards of junk. In my mind, I was thinking 15 feet by 15 feet by 15 feet. I felt pretty dumb when they arrived and told me it really meant the amount of junk that would fit into 5 boxes which were each 1 cubic yard - about the size of a washing machine box. They offered to take all the junk for an additional $120. After discussing it with them, they decided they would take it all for an additional $85. It only took three guys 7 minutes to load all the junk into the truck and when I remarked on how quickly they had loaded everything, they made sure I understood they also had to unload it all at the dump after taking the time and using the gas to transport it to the dump. In retrospect, I think it was a fair price, but I definitely experienced sticker shock due to my initial misunderstanding the meaning of 5 cubic yards of junk.

The service was fair at best. I had some trouble setting an appointment after purchasing the $88 deal they advertised here on Angie's List, be sure to call early and often to get and confirm your date/time for service. Basically, about half the things I needed removed were taken care of. Not necessarily the company's fault. The $88 service was only the equivalent of taking a small pickup-truck load of garbage away. Had I known this up-front, I would have just removed the same amount myself (I have a truck of my own). The gentlemen literally threw the garbage bags from my front porch to the back of their truck (instead of carrying it). This caused small amounts of garbage debris to spread across my front yard and sidewalk (which I was trying to keep cleaner than it was prior to buying this house). I also had to go back and clean up after this "clean up crew". They didn't take away the other garbage/junk I had, stating that it would cost more as it was considered construction waste (some old lumber, other trash that was left behind by a prior owner of my property. If I'd truly known the limitations of the $88 service (which I don't believe was clearly stated on the offer that was listed on the site here) I would have opted for another level of service from them instead, to match my needs. As I still had to remove additional garbage/junk on my own, I wasn't really satisfied with the service

They were great - and great price. Just wanted to add, apart from this review, I am canceling my Angie's List membership due to Angie's company not supporting Religious Freedom. I would encourage all who value their religious freedom to cancel their Angie's membership in protest. It is time Christians rise and fight for our rights.

I bought the special on an outside chance that they could do the work I had for that. It was a lot of construction debris and tile so I figured that they wouldn't be able to without charging extra (this is in the fine print). The extra cost was reasonable, due to the time and weight involved. However, I had a few friends that owed me, so I figured I would get them to help me haul it off myself.

Arrived exactly on time, quickly and neatly removed the specified materials and finished within a half hour. Very pleasant and professional and excellent price.

Everything went well, and I would recommend them.

After purchasing the service over a year ago, I called to set up an appointment. The company representative was polite and professional and indicated the deal I purchased was still available. We scheduled a date, they arrived on time and hauled away everything I asked them to. There were three men, all were very pleasant. Would definitely use this company again!

It went horrible, they mentioned a disclosure in a coupon that says price depends on location of the trash. He told me he'd come to my home between 11-3 and I took off of work waiting around for him. He never showed up and rescheduled. He was then supposed to come out today and when he showed up and seen that I have a high-rise he wanted to charge more money. He didnt even wanna negotiate.

The crew arrived on time. A dead tree fell with numerous branches scattered along my fence line. The crew promptly removed and took away all the debris. I am very pleased with the prompt, courteous and competent job well done. Worth every cent.

That service turned out very well. They removed a large grill that was broken. I think they also took some old furniture pieces and wood that I had in my garage. Two employees came out and they were very polite. They were also professional.

I like them and I have used them two times now. They got stuck in my front yard and left a hole the first time I used them and the second time they mashed up a part of my fence that I had to get fixed. The scheduling was okay but I had to work with them a little bit on the time. They sent 2 guys out to do the job each time.

The truck came the day after I called for an appointment, arrived on time (with a 45 minute heads up phone call), loaded the trailer with approximately 700 sq. ft. of carpet and pad and were gone. Andre came in under his phone estimate and was very professional to work with.
