Description of Work: The only problem was they charged more because the material to be taken away was in a basement with an outside entrance. They told me that would be extra and it was stated on the contract. I did not see that as it didn't spell it out that way.

Description of Work: Bought deal for about $90. Had much more than 5 cubic yards which I had no concept of. Paid additional to take everything I had. Was very pleased with them and would use them again. Very responsive.

Description of Work: I bought the 5 cubic yards of haul away services for 88 and wound up paying am extra 200 because he said it was way too much for that deal. I assumed 5 cubic yards is 15' wide tall and deep.

Description of Work: Picked up a room full of ruined furniture, toys, & clothes that were destroyed in a flood. | |First, they never called us to make the appointment even after we left them our preferred days as requested on the order page on Angie list. Then after we called to make the appointment we did not receive a call the day before& got a little worried. My husband called the morning of the appointment to find out an estimated time since he had taken off work. They did not even have us on the list! The guy said he remembered my husband calling but forgot to write it down. They did still manage to get to us later that same day. |Second, when we ordered it on Angies list it came up that we could order as many as 3 loads at the sale price. When they got to our hour the guy tried to tell us we were only supposed to order 1 at the sale price & was going to ask us for more money. I had already read reviews on this company (after) I purchased & was prepared for them to ask me for more $ since they make a practice of this according to other reviews. My husband told them we had no more money& they could make it work or not. They made it work & were done quickly.

Description of Work: They had a bit of difficulty with scheduling mix-ups. Once I called and expressed my concerns the owner promised he would arrive the next morning at 9:00am and he did. They were very quick and professional. I would definitely use them again.
