The Hauling Men

First, I had to call the business for our appointment as reminder. Upon arrival I was informed that the trailer they had on the back was not big enough for the job as if it were my fault. I was told that he would have to come back because what he was doing for me was running over into another appointment. The guys were fast with what they were doing but he had to come back after the initial appointment. Then when he came back the trailer had junk from previous jobs on it. Then he didn't clean everything from around the vehicle like I asked. My brother and husband was there when he got back and didn't see to them getting everything I wanted hauled away. I was on the way, I had a 2yr old and a 11mnth old to get together. I should have gotten a phone call for confirmation on everything being completed since I was the one that paid. I feel like he just took my kindness for weakness and insisted that they stay and finish the job that I payed too much money for.

We have used the hauling men before and will use them again. They always provide us with prompt, professional service and they work extremely hard. We highly recommend them.

They did not charge any more. I won't call them back. They really don't give you a good deal. I will work with somebody locally that I know. They did a good job. They were on time.

This company is simply outstanding.

Went great! I was able to get the appointment day/time that I wanted. Andre and crew were prompt, friendly, and could not believe how fast they worked!

That did not work out. I paid the $88 and I realizes that when they came it could be a little bit more so I paid it through Angie’s List but they wanted that 300 and something dollars. My husband just did not think it was worth it and it was too much and we did it use them.

First of all, I had a scheduling problem. We were going back and forth Angie's List and they told me the same thing that they can't schedule through Angie's List. So then we had to contact over the phone that was a nightmare trying to get them over the phone because I guess they don't have a person that answers their phone. So when I finally get it scheduled the day he was supposed to come. He called me the night he was supposed to come and it was raining and they had got backed up and he pushed me back a day and well that day turns into three days before he even contacted me. When he came out and he told me he would take some extra things to make up for it. When he came out he told me that they didn't remove things from inside the home, which I had called him and asked him that before I even purchased it on Angie's List. It just came to be a big issue when I was told that he didn't want to do that once he got here. He really wasn't making clear to me what was a forth of a truck haul and what wasn't and what would make the price be more because he acted like he was doing me a favor. And when he came out he originally thought I had purchased the $99 one and I told him, "No, I purchased the $199." which was a big ton of price, so how much was this going to cost me if I hadn't got a discounted price? So I wasn't too pleased with that experience that he didn't show up when he said. Even though I gave him an extra day, he didn't call and tell me that he was coming and then when he got here he acted like he was doing me a favor by hauling my things away. It didn't go well at all.

Perfect! On time, worked quickly, even accepted items we thought they might not take.

I had a bunch of busted up concrete from my driveway where I installed a drainage pipe. I called them and they said they would come by and take a look and give me a price. Within a couple of hours, they called me and gave me an estimate. I agreed, and they loaded up all the concrete. The spot where the concrete was piled is now neat. They took big pieces, little pieces, all of it. Very good job. I will use them again and I recommend them.

Provider did not return calls for several days and finally contacted me several days outside of the Angie's List required time frame. We were moving, so we were forced to request a refund and find another provider. Price is irrelevant if the provider does not honor the service level agreement specified by Angie's List.

Andre, owner of The Hauling Men was very good at updating me on days he could drop by to provide estimates. The Hauling Men took several hours to haul away old tiles, wood boards, old paint cans, and construction materials in the backyard. Since Andre was not able to drive the dump truck to the backyard, his team had to carry the junk to the dump trunk in the front driveway. I had to pay $410 instead of the $199 special I purchased from Angie's List. I am okay with this.

Excellent job, have used them before. Hauled off an old grill and a couple of pieces of lawn furniture along with a few other items.

Two men showed up at my home and removed the debris we discussed on the phone. I received a phone call that morning letting me know I was on the schedule. Then, they called when they were about 20 minutes our. They were on time, professional and quick. I would definitely call them again. They even offered to sweep my driveway when they were done.

This is the third time I have called on The Hauling Men to take junk. Although they were running late this time (a call was made to alert us to the delay) Andre and his team are usually right on time. I found them to be efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I will definitely be contacting this company again in the near future.

Andre and team are fabulous and highly recommended. They cleaned out a very large basement in record time, were punctual, professional, personable and very organized and diligent. Andre went above and beyond, moving and placing furniture as needed and ensuring that they had picked everything up - they even swept. They filled up a 30 yard container and medium size truck. So thankful to have found them, plan to use them again.

5/21/2015 - Fellas did a great job. Professional and pleasant, went right to work and completed the job quickly. I will be calling them again..............BTW......I couldn't care less what the truck looks like.........:)

They removed a lot of yard waste that had built up in our yard. They got the job done but the truck looked like something straight off the set of Sanford and Son. It just didn't look professional. They were polite and courteous and got the job done.

Andre and his team were on time, worked quickly and professionally and gave a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.

They were great. They were very flexible and very personable.

I called them and within a day they were out to pick up my junk. They were very responsive and did what they said they would do. Junk is gone, the price was right and I'm happy. I would definitely hire them again.
