Description of Work: They arrived within the time range they gave. I showed them the items that would be involved in the move and they quickly went about the task with careful attention to not damaging the property. They were friendly, courteous and very easy to work with. | |We have used them before and found their customer service has not changed. We would and most likely will use them again. | |I do not believe there is a better outfit in this category.

Description of Work: They complained about the job all the time they were here and didn't take a truck full. So it was old furniture, I told the man what it was when he called me what it was and no objection was made at that time.

Description of Work: I gave the vendor two suggested dates. Instead of the vendor letting me know available date they sent an email for me to call they needed more information. I sent two emails explaining that I was working 10 hour days so phone communication is difficult and could we communicate through Angie's List messaging . After not hearing back I called from work which i don't like to do and spoke to someone explained my concern of no response and there refusal to communicate through Angie's List. I asked what information was needed to schedule asap have provided two dates. The person didn't know but I would have to call back when the other person was in. I explained the phone situation again and left my phone number so they could leave message at my home with what was needed. I received a message through Angie's List saying they needed a good phone number which either meant the number wasn't written down or written incorrect. I email the number again and when i got home they had left a message that was the same as all the other emails. To please call to schedule an appointment...are they kidding me! I sent another message repeating myself about the phone and asked did their company only do communication over the phone and I've heard nothing. I'm paying for a service through Angie's List but can't communicate with the vendor through Angie's List how unprofessional. I'd rather use a more professional vendor

Description of Work: we sold our house and had a lot of random trash/junk. They came and were so helpful and did a great job.

Description of Work: Removed a piano and a refrigerator and several other smaller items. They were prompt and efficient.

Description of Work: Stairs wee another $35 for 1 piece of furniture
