Andre, the owner, was punctual for both the estimate and the actual work day. They brought a large container and filled it twice in cleaning out our storage building. They left the building clean and swept. Andre and all his employees were friendly and respectful, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

They were absolutely fabulous. They arrived early to job site. Very respectful.

I was pleased with the service. I was a little concerned because it was pouring raining and a little muddy outside. However the owner assured me that it was no problem to complete the move despite the weather conditions. I was impressed that they moved my old refrigerator in a snap! No problems at all! Everyone in the moving crew was quick and courteous ! I would definitely use them again! Thanks!

The one surprise is that there was an excess fee above the amount of the discount deal purchased through Angieslist. The stated value of the coupon seemed to be higher then the amount that would have been charged for the work. The actual price paid for the coupon deal plus the excess charge seemed in line with what I would have paid had I not purchased the deal initially.

I did order this service on line, bur I never used them as I found someone cheaper.

These guys were great. They were available much sooner than I thought. They showed up on time within the window. They were very nice and professional. They did the job very quickly. And they left the area spotless. I plan to use them again with a house clear-out during spring cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I found out about this company, researched them on Angie's List, and purchased a Groupon for their services. I called to scheduled an appointment on Monday, set up a time for Tuesday afternoon, and they arrived the next day (early!), and finished the job in quick order. Very friendly and professional workers. I would absolutely recommend this company, and I plan on using their services again after my next remodeling job!

My overall experience was excellent. The quality of service was excellent. The responsiveness and punctuality was excellent. They were very professional. They came when they said they were going to. I got the same price. I got a discount from them through Angie’s List big deal offer. There is nothing to complain about. I would use them again in the future.

I contacted the service and they took all my data and we set the date and time for the service. The date of the service, they called to reconfirn the time and the service expected. They showed up EXACTLY on time. I had three locations of items to remove: garage, driveway and in the house. They removed: old washing machine, rusted outdoor furniture, an old loveseat and a tv stand. The workers were very careful about the removal so there was not even a scratch on my house. Very nicely done and it it was a good experiance.

After calling to make an appointment and provide directions, The Hauling Men arrived a little late due to unforseen circumstances, however, I was notified in a timely manner and kept up to date on arrival time. Very personable professionals who did exactly what I asked in a quick and efficient manner.

They told me they did not pick up this kind of trash. They took about a third of what was there. I offered to give them a tip to take more. I gave them $40 and they only took a couple more items. This should be made clear to client what they do and do not pick up. I ended up paying a lot and then paying /having someone else come out and take it.

I called them to discuss my hauling needs and for my appointment around November 29th. When I spoke with them, I let them know about the Big Deal purchase and they scheduled the appointment. I asked what kinds of things they would take and the answer I received was "all kinds of things. A boat, car, ship, appliances, etc". I asked about taking paper and he explained about the landfill that they take the papers to. We set up the appointment for today (December 13th). They arrived on time for the appointment. When they got to the room and surveyed what we needed to be taken away, the gentlemen stated that they would need an additional $400.00. I asked what it was for and he said it was due to the amount of stuff and the distance from the room to his truck. I'm very upset that I wasn't provided with a true estimate for what any additional costs might have been. If I would have known previously that there would be extra costs, I would have been better prepared for them to arrive, known what to expect or even decide against the deal. I just really feel that the $79.00 was false advertisement as I was never told the definition of 1/3 of a load or what I would receive for the amount I purchased. He ended up taking about half of a small (12x12) room with junky stuff (no furniture). I expected him to take much more than he did. The two gentleman got paid $80.00 for only 15 minutes of work. He also didn't sweep behind himself as advertised in the coupon as well.

They arrived on time picked up the debris and hauled it off without incident.

I have had odds and ends of junk in my garage for years. I was happy to find Angie's Big Deal for junk removal and called this company. We scheduled the service for a time within a two hour window. He called the morning of service and said that he would be there in 45 minutes. He showed up promptly and did a great job in removing my things. Would definitely use them again..

Went great. I called the company yesterday and was trying to describe what all we had, and he said "oh, we will come by and give you an estimate." I said" great." He arrived at the time scheduled, we showed him what we had and we agreed on a price. Then he and his helper loaded it all up and were finished in an hour. Polite, friendly, and professional. Did a very good job.

We called them and they said they could meet us in 30 minutes. They were there promptly and within two hours they had removed two trucks full of stuff. One item which was a water bed had to be drained and was not ready to be removed. As promised they came back the following day to haul it off. Next time we need help with hauling they are the first call we will make.

Very well--the men arrived on time, had properly heavy dolley, and worked carefully. It took them almost 45 minutes but the rate remained the same as they quoted on the phone.

I called them this afternoon when another hauling company had failed to show up as promised, and had tried to charge me his full truckload price when he knew my stuff wouldn't come close to filling up his truck. I needed to at least get rid of the sofa this weekend, so I'd be ready for delivery of a new one next week. I called The Hauling Men and was surprised that they could get to me this afternoon. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and said that they would be at my house in an hour or so. They were at my door within an hour and a half at the most, and they were very polite and professional. They took the sofa out of my living room, taking great care not to damage my walls or doorways as they removed it. They got the rest of the items from my yard. I had initially been given an estimate of $165 over the phone, but was told when they got here that they normally charge $225 for a job like this. I was OK with this, because I understood that the estimate was given without seeing what they'd be hauling away, etc. Also, they were so professional and got to me so quickly that I'm still very impressed. Their quick response prevented me from having to take time off from work next week for this. I would highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again.
