It went great....they showed up on time, very professional, pleasant, and efficient. Took them less than 15 minutes to load it all up, and I could tell from the way the compartmentalized, they do recycle items if possible.

It turned out wonderful. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. They were very much on time. They were very easy to get hold of. They arrived when they said they're going to arrive. It turned out to be a really good experience.

The service turned out well. I had them come back again to pick up more things and everything went fine. They were very responsive in setting up an appointment. They came when they said they would. They called before they came. They very quickly did all the work. They were very good about actually picking up furniture from inside the house and taking it outside for me which I appreciated. I purchased a coupon which I remember correctly was for $79, then, because of all the items I had there was an additional $30 fee. I had a lot of old paint cans and things to get rid of which they had said would cost additional, but overall, I was pleased with the price. I would call them again.

The job turned out beautifully. There was additional charge because they moved stuff from my basement up to their truck. They were very courteous and quick. I didn’t have any problem. It was just an awesome experience. Three people came out to do the job.

The crew was on time and professional. I had more junk to be hauled in addition to the 5 cubic yards I originally purchased and they quoted me a fair price for the additional load.

I purchased a $79 deal for 5 cubic yards of trash. I had a little over that he said so I paid another $35. to have it all hauled away. There were three men and they all worked together and got it done in about 30 minutes. I would definately hire them again.

They were easy to reach, pleasant to deal with and easy to schedule with. They had three men come, right on time, and collect all the stuff and load it very quickly. Very professional. No marks or dirty footprints, etc. Extremely polite and professional. It did cost an extra $35, but, in fairness, we had more than the 5 cubic yards the coupon provided for, which we considered fair. The owner was very concerned about his Angie's List rating. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them. Very pleasant experience!!!

I think there was a mismatch in expectation. I had just looked at the description of The Hauling Men's business and the indicated that they could haul away any items, that was their business. Then I purchased the big deal which said it was 5 cubic yards which I understood to be 15 cubic feet of stuff. My husband and I complied about that much stuff and expected them to come out and get it. when the men came out to look at it, he was surprised and a bit dismayed that it would cost I think $125 or $129 more to take away. Just a portion of what we had and stated they would take away. I think they ended up hauling a lot of out stuff and we were happy with the work that they did but we didn't think that it was going to require more money. They were very friendly and nice. They scheduled as soon as I called. It was fine. They were a pleasure to work with, we just thought that they were going to do more for the amount of the purchased price of the big deal than they did. I would use them again if I had stuff to haul away.

The experirence went fine. Andre called thirty minutes ahead of the "work window" of 11-3, which is a 4 hour window, to alert me that he expected the haulers to arrive at 1230 pm. They arrived at about 115 pm....admittedly, traffic is almost always terrible. They were curteous, worked quickly and were done in no time. No issues.

The service worked out fine. They showed up when they said they would, and they were only here just a few minutes. They worked pretty hard to get it up and get it out. They were nice while they were here. I only spent the $79 big deal. I thought the price was excellent.

There was a good deal of confusion and delay in establishing the time for the service, despite repeated phone calls. Three guys came in a repurposed moving truck around the time specified and loaded it in short order, but I wasn't satisfied that enough was taken. I was reassured that 5 cubic feet was equivalent to a pickup truck, but since a moving van was brought I couldn't compare to ensure that I got my money's worth. They did load a few more items on before leaving.

It was great. The crew came when they said they would and did an outstanding job.

They did a good job. What I liked about them is that they were very efficient, they were very quick, they listened to what I wanted done and it was done. But strangely enough that was also the only negative, they were almost too quick. It was almost like they were in a hurry to get it done and move on to something else. Probably, I understand that they were doing this at just basically a cost or even at a loss for them but still it felt a little rush, it is a little impersonal.

They were punctual, courteous and professional. They did their work quickly and completely for the agreed upon price. I will absolutely use them again.

It went extremely well. They called me the day before the scheduled pick up to confirm the time of the pick up window and then called me again on their way to the house and gave me an ETA. It was a small job for them but htey friendly efficient and easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again when looking to dispose of old appliances and large items (like furniture etc). The price was more then reasonable and the crew was friendly,

It was pretty good. It went smooth and there were no problems with the move. They came at the time they said they would, so it was to my satisfaction.

They brought a huge truck and trailer. They carried off all of the stuff we had cleaned out of the garage and some in the garage. Be sure to calculate how huge 5 cubic yards is because it is a lot. They were not sure they could take the stiff in the side yard, but did and it fit in the trailer with room to spare.

I was happy with the service but I was under the impression that they would donate what could be reused. However,when I saw them throwing things on the truck I knew that wasn't going to happen. When I asked about it they said they would donate but it was an extra charge. I hadn't gotten that impression from the ad. I also read in another review that Ifthey ha to go up or downstairs to get things they charged extra for that so I had to have my son come over and carry things down into the garage for me just to be sure. I hated to see all those clothes thrown away. I would have donated them myself if I had known that.

All aspects of the service were excellent!

Bought a $79 dollar deal but had more trash than what the deal covered. We reached a quick and amicable consensus and the crew were very good to not only pick up everything but also clean up the leftover debris. Would use again in a heartbeat.

The Hauling Man Company was prompt and professional and quick workers. We are very happy with the service provided.

Made the purchase for this Big Deal and contacted the service provider in regards to any extra charges prior to the service, which they told me that their were not any that we would qualify for. When they came out to do the work, they stated that they was a weight requirement, but did not specify what it was, and that they would charge an extra $45. My husband tried to explain to them that they did not specify any weight requirement charges, but they were very stern about the extra charge.

They did a great job. They were on time, and worked quickly and efficiently.
