Although they were slow to contact me, they took care of the debris immediately after that. Andre' was very professional and went above & beyond of the Angie's List deal that was purchased.

They were very accomodating with my schedule...on the date of appointment they were at my home bright and early in the morning and got right to work...they finished up in less than 30 minutes. They were very easy to work with!

He came out after purchasing the offer. He stated my job was larger than what the deal included, and advised to get a refund from Angie's List, which I did. He was very nice and friendly through the process.

This is my revised review. Contact went well initially; Andre was very responsive, returned my call moments after I left message. He was available on date I specified (20 OCT) and agreed to match best price I had, $200. But, my landscaper rescheduled (twice), Andre was great, said no problem and rescheduled too, dumpster to be on-site 26 OCT, by 10am. Job day: mid-day, landscaper reports dumpster was a no-show, that Andre misunderstood instructions. How? My instructions were clear and in text, for easy reference. I contacted Andre; he's trying to get truck to deliver dumpster before landscaper's extended deadline (1pm). Next contact with Andre got weird; no initial response when I asked if dumpster would be there before 1pm and expressed concern about rescheduling increasing landscaper's fee. Some confusing, frustrating texts followed before determining I'd have to reschedule. Andre then asked "How much was I charging you for it?" (not to go down another rabbit hole, but I'd reckon he should have a record of that?). I also thought maybe he'd work with me on the cost to offset part of the landscaper's penalty. A couple more texts about price match versus military discount, more confusion. Later that evening, he responded that the average cost is $325 and up, so I assumed he wouldn't honor the original price agreement of $200 (interestingly, despite the coupon they offer for $199, which includes labor and hauling?). I was surprised when I received no response to my negative review; I started contacting other providers. However, the day prior to final pick-up date, Andre called me to confirm, said I was still on the schedule. He honored the original deal and had the dumpster delivered the same evening, to ensure landscaper had it available as soon as he arrived the following morning. What started out shaky ended up working well, and I am grateful.

They never called to make appointment

Andre was great! True to his word and professional. Did exactly what I asked! Couldn't have asked for more. If you need stuff hauled off these are your guys!

Took me calling them to get pickup scheduled but they showed up with 3 guys who made quick work of removing the junk and hauling away. Would use again

Excellent. I wrote an email to Hauling Men and Andre called that evening to set up an appointment. Andre called an hour ahead to say they were coming. The clean out took all of twenty minutes. The gentlemen were professional and on time.

We gave three dates , as requested, (Two weeks ago and last week) and we haven't heard or seen anyone yet.

Did not do work. Never called or contacted. I called them and was told that the problem was with Angies list, whatever the money was taken from my account and no work done. When I called them I was told that the special was limited and they said I should have contacted them first so they could give me all the conditions. None of this was stated in the ad. Told them to forger it and I'll find someone else who will do the work.

Very courteous as always. They did miss a pick up time previously but were always nice and responded quickly. Easy to work with.

They came on a Saturday afternoon and got the job done in a short amount of time! They were pleasant and efficient and I am very pleased with their service.

Very pleased with work. Had to pay a little extra because I had trash than the space I'd purchased, but the excess was very reasonable, and they even swept the area.

Andre Wright, the owner, took out the appliances and everything before hauling them away. He gave me a 20% discount on my services. He got the appliances out quickly. Andre recommended someone to install my new appliances, who I ended up calling and they gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend Andre and The Hauling Men!

I contacted Andre Wright to arrange a pickup of the household debris via telephone and provided the location and directions via email. We corresponded via text messaging that morning to confirm the event. He and three other gentlemen arrived on-time, in an ample-sized vehicle. We had expected more debris however the excess items had been removed before his arrival. Nonetheless, he reviewed my Angie's list coupon and then proceeded to review the contents of the garage and then they promptly picked up the items and departed. All gentlemen were professionally attired, well manner and courteous. Andre provided a business card before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for future use.

The provider advised they would be to my home around 9am when we booked the appointment. I said that would be great as I have to leave home by 10:30 am for a doctor's appt. (9 months pregnant). I was advised they would give me a quote and if I was satisfied with quote, they could take the items right then and there. I let them know I was purchasing an Angie's list coupon to do a $150 job for $88. Well they didn't make it to my home until10:15am!!! After I called them at 9am inquiring about the confirmed time!!! Then they advised that the job would be $160 (random #) and I could not use the discount because I didn't have my items in one room. Mind you there were in two rooms connected to one another. Highly disappointed!!
