The Hauling Men

I never heard back from The Hauling Men, and decided to move on.

Excellent, he had missed the contact email but when I called him in a panic because carpet was coming the next morning he scheduled for first thing the next morning and was even 30 minutes early. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and courteous and apologetic for missing the email. It was a great experience and will definitely use them again!

It went very well: timely, mannerly and, professionally.

It all went without a hitch. I called Andre Wright on Thursday afternoon and told him what I wanted and that I was operating under a time constraint because the job had to be done before Saturday. Two hours later, the job was finished. It was performed professionally, efficiently, expeditiously, and with courtesy. I won't hesitate to use The Hauling Men again if I have the need and I am happy to recommend them to others. All things considered, I thought the price was fair.

Service was very good. Andre is very good with arranging his services with his customers. For example, he is responsive to telephone calls and fulfilled his commitment.

Great, quick response from the company. I purchased a big deal for junk removal and called the next day to make an appointment. The guys were able to fit me in that same weekend. Great to reclaim some space in my garage. Will definitely use this company in the future if needed.

Removed all items quickly and honored purchased deal with no questions. Friendly and quick. I would use them again for any future haul off needs without hesitation.

Very professional and prompt. They carried 2 large old style televisions from second floor to their truck. That alone was worth the cost, but they also loaded junk from the garage. Very satisfied with this big deal.

Three men came out after calling me to know when to expect them. They called and arrived when they said they would. They were all gentleman. It was garbage pickup day here, and I was getting ready to bring my garbage container back in the garage, and they did it for me. They moved my car for me, which was a big help, and brought it back in afterwards. They were polite, professional, and helpful. Very nice and their attitude was very good. They had everything out in no time, and I would definitely use them again.

Called as promised, arrived when promised did their thing cleaned up and left. Great Job

I had purchased this deal and had an accident shortly after ( a month or so). I was recuperating and did schedule the service. I then had a backslide and was up north for about 6 months with my family. I thought I had lost my money all of this time but while talking to one of your reps he said to call them and see if they will honor the deal. They said they would give me credit for what I paid off of the charge I paid. Then I couldn't seem to get a date set with them for pick up. I believe this is my fault b/c of the accident, but that I should be able to get some money back. They seem to be a good hauling company from what I have read and I would use them again if I needed.

He was very helpful and on time and had a great attitude.

They showed up on time and were done within 25 minutes. I was very pleased.

Excellent service. Left message on holiday weekend - received call back that day. Scheduled service - showed up when they were suppose to. Very courteous and professional. Got job done quickly at a better price than I was expecting.

Went well. I think there were a few things I thought could be donated that just got tossed in the trash truck, but ultimately, I just needed them gone, so not a big deal in the end.

This is the second time I have used this company. They have arrived on time and completed the job very quickly. A crew is always present so there's not just one person doing all the work. It's amazing at the junk items they will take! I plan to use them again in the not too distant future.

Punctual Polite Professional Neat Considerate A+ in my book I would recommend them. I didn't do any price comparing; however I felt I got good value for the service hey performed. I wasn't sure if they would remove the tacky carpeting, but they had it up and out in no time.

There were two rescheduling, one reschedule was due to my schedule and the other reschedule was due to confusion. All is well that ends well.

All in all everything went well. I have no complaints with the company but be sure you contact The Hauling Men to see what items are eligible for any monthly specials listed on Angie' s List. The Hauling Men did however remove other items which were not eligible and provided a quote for the items which were not. I am pleased with The Hauling Men's service and professionalism.

Arrangements made for them to contact me for the rest of my $89 order. They never called back and even though I agreed to add another $ 69 for extra pickup I never heard from them again. NOT impressed.

They were okay. They did not charge me anything additional, but they didn't haul everything away, and they didn't tell me that they didn't haul everything. They just left, so I would have paid extra to have the little last pile hauled away. When I originally bought the big deal, it told you to schedule the time and I did all that, and I gave 3 different dates, and I got an email to call them and schedule. I called them, and they never called me back. 3 days later, it was a Saturday, they called and said they were in the area, and they wanted to come over. I was having my sons birthday so I could not get everything together, and they said that they wouldn't be in the area again. I said that I had already paid,and it didn't matter whether they were in the area or not, and they said they would call back. They didn't call back until the following Monday to schedule, and I told them they had to come that day, or else, so they came, but they didn't take everything. The price was okay.

They were prompt, courteous, fast and professional. I'd hire them again in a heart beat.
