The Hauling Men

The service went really well. I had them remove miscellaneous junk from the house. The staff did exactly what I needed done and walked around the property with me to know what I needed removed. They were punctual and scheduling was easy.

We had a lot of scheduling problems with them. Once they finally showed up they wouldn't take anything. They said there are too many steps and he wasn't going to take anything. I was also told to call Angies List and request a refund.

They were punctual, professional, and got the job done quickly. Excellent job!

They are prompt and responsive, you call and they come.

I have referred Andre to several friends who have all been pleased.

It turned out well. They were pretty quick, though I did have a lot of scheduling problems with them. They missed my appointment twice.

Mr. Wright came through again for me. Several months he and his crew cleaned out my basement, including carpeting. He and the young man with him were polite, punctual, and professional the same as the first time.. I'd recommend him in a New York minute.

Purchased the $88 deal. Called to arrange service, told me would need to look at schedule and call me back. Waited and did not receive a call back for several days. Called again and was told would need to look at schedule and call me back. Waited again 4 days. Called a third time was told would need to look at schedule and call me back...(notice a pattern?) Finally on fourth call I stated I needed to get this scheduled because of the previous attempts and they agreed to come that afternoon. They asked how much junk I had and I described it. I maybe made a mistake here because I stated that if it was more than was covered by the deal, just take what was covered and I would get rid of the rest myself. They did come at the time scheduled. Came with one truck. My assumption would be they came with the size truck that was covered in the "One truck load deal". (That would make sense to me) They arrived and told my husband that the amount of junk was to much for the $88 deal and we would need to pay them another $60. Because he just wanted to get it out of there at that point, he went ahead and paid them. Surprisingly...all of our junk fit in the truck they brought for the "One truckload" deal! I feel like we were taken, but in all at least the junk is gone now, since it took so long to get them there.

Work Completed - beautifully! I usually do not write reviews and am an extremely obsessive compulsive in my ways, but Andre's work and professionalism was so excellent that I am much inclined to write this review. He picked up the phone the first time and every time I called him to go over what needed to be done. He gave me a great price to do the work that I needed to get done. He called me to keep me posted every step of the way. He even made sure to carefully collect extra small items at the Atlanta location and hand deliver it to me. Incredible! He called me to let me know ahead of time he was on his way, and kept me posted on each and every item. He managed the entire pick up and drop off and hauling as if I would have done it for my own self. I am so thankful and so pleased that I would recommend him to anyone especially to those who are critical like me. He is the kind of person who will bend over backwards as principal not because of big money. Very, very, very pleased with his work ethic and over and above service! We all know in this day and age, people do not offer this kind of service. I will be recommending Andre to everyone I know! Thank you so so so so soooo much Andre!

Great, they came out on time, picked up everything and took it awat

I had a good experience with them also. They were very prompt, did exactly what was requested and they cleaned up. Nothing that we didn't like. I would definitely recommend using them. There were three people there when they did the pick up and all of them were very professional, did exactly as directed and were very courteous.

My main issue with this company was that they did not show up on the first scheduled date. I had to set up another service date which was a week later. Then when they came, I requested service in the afternoon, and they showed up at 10am instead. I was not home and now have to send a check for the additional cost of the work.

These guys did exactly what was asked. Cleaned up very nicely too. Very prompt and easy to work with.

these guys were wonderful. They were in and out in about 10 minutes and were very profressional. I will definitely hire them in the future. they were very good a t communicating with me about setting up a time and were exactly on time!. Strongly recommend. Also, they have a large truck which is much better than some companies that I won't name which have tiny trucks and over-charge you.for the privilege. The Hauling Men charged a fair or more than fair price for their service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. I didn't have a lot to haul but they did a good job on what they did haul. They were no additional charges. They willingly did everything I asked them to do. They were fine. They had a breakdown on their truck and they were supposed to be here at a certain time. He called and said he was having trouble but they were about 3 or 4 hours late because of problems with their equipment. I think they are a little shy on updated equipment. I didn't have a lot for them to get but they got what I had.

Hauled away a lot of old home and yard equipment.Will use again.

I purchased a deal for $79 for junk removal from Angie's List. They came out and looked at the pile, it was $135 more, but that was okay, considering the size of the pile. Overall, I was pleased with their work.

Courteous and did a great job cleaning up what we needed. Showed up on time and finished quickly. I would use again.

I called them & set up an appointment for about 10 days out, to gather everything and put in one location. The Hauling Men called me the morning of delivery day, and also again closer to the time I was expecting them to verify how much I had to pick-up, so they could bring either their van or pickup truck. They arrived with their van and removed all my junk. Everything went very smooth & this is my second time using The Hauling Men.

Great! Empty paint cans, tires, they even had a chain saw and cut an old run down basketball goal to fit in truck! Quick and on time! Will use again!!!

I've called them and setup an appointment and they never showed up. I wasted 79$ without a service.
