The Hauling Men

Description of Work: The Hauling Men were excellent! They came on time, talked with me and got to work! There were three people, a large truck, and they took everything I requested and threw in a few more items . I told them I would be calling them back because they did such a fabulous job and eased my mind that all was completed and I didn't have to worry about the "junk" anymore. Very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Initial contact with company went well; however, they forgot to call me back to schedule my service. I assumed it was due to the holidays. I did call them after Christmas and they scheduled my pick up on Friday, December 27. The day of the service they contacted me several times to let me know they were running late and they were still planning to arrive. I found numerous calls to be aggravating, but they were keeping me apprised of their status. Upon arrival at my home they were very quick and efficient. I did find it disturbing that in my initial calls they never inquired about what type of items I needed removed. So the day of they seemed a bit surprised that I had paint cans. He did let me know it would be an additional cost to dispose of the paint cans. I agreed to pay the additional cost as that was one of the purposes for scheduling. Beyond the calls and paint cans, the overall service was good.

Description of Work: The guys removed the junk that was in my garage. They were very courteous.

Description of Work: They never showed up. We prepaid for a Big Deal but after setting a time we never heard from them again. They did not show up on the day of our service. We have contacted Angie's List about a refund but have not even been contacted by them to follow-up. We are frustrated--and ended up having to call another service (not affiliated with Angies). The work was never performed!

Description of Work: In all fairness I didn't check expiration on voucher, tried to contact them a couple days before expiration and their email was not working, couldn't get ahold of them

Description of Work: Their GPS didn't pick up my Condo Complex and they did not have a phone to call so they were a little late. However, they did arrive within a reasonable time frame of the appointment time. They did a nice job. Had an open carrier in back of their truck so they were not set up to carry anything too heavy. Glad it wasn't raining. They worked well. The lead man was very good. The other man was fine. They did what I asked them to do. They were polite and professional.

Description of Work: "The Hauling Men" were great to work with. They removed a pickup truckload and a large trailer full of junk from my mom's house and basement. They were professional, polite, and came back the next day for a chair I forgot. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Remevol of a small pile of broken up blocks and a small amount of wood debris. The charge on Angie's list was $89 and they charged me $100 more. The price should not say $89 if they don't mean that..misleading advertising.

Description of Work: Called, got an approximate time and an estimate after listing what we needed hauled away all in one phone call and all in one day. They called about an hour before arriving to let us know they were on the way. They moved a treadmill, 2 panes of glass and two small tvs. Overall a pleasant, courteous and efficient visit. Would definitely use The Hauling Men again.
