R-3 Removal

R-3 Tree L.L.C. not on your as approved vendors as I have found out. While searching your site I got a call from Philander Rose. He came out, gave me a price of $3250 for removal of 3 trees and 8 trimmed First time using your site. I had to pay up front $3250. Owner . Philander Rose is the person I dealt with. I was searching your web page when I got a call from this company. Someone in your office has to be giving leads to a friend. I had to be on a conference call. All trees that were to be removed are still standing. Someone in your office is giving work to a friend which is bad business for you plus lost of business. I am out $3250 and all but two of the trees are still standing. Not your problem...just think you need to know someone in your office is giving your business to a friend who does shoddy work.

April 30, 2020 R-3 Tree Removal came to assess the fallen trees. A proposal was given for my signature to start the work. The proposal stated " Cut down 2 trees & debris will be picked up". When completed, payment was made & the owner then scratched out "will be picked up" & replaced with "put on the street". I then asked the owner Mr. Rose & his brother Mr. Thomas when will they be piking up the debris. They then told me they removed the words on the proposal "to be picked up" cause Dekalb county will pick up. I told them i live in Henry County & we dont have such service. They said they( R-3 Trees)will pick it up & as to date they have not returned to pick up the debris & is refusing which has caused me to get citations for it being left on my property. I must also include that they brought no ladder which i as the homeowner had to provide. This company jas performed poorly as i am a senior citizen & disabled with limited income to have to now pay somone to pick up ,as my garbage collector will charge me $1200.0] for 2 bin loads. This company is not to be trusted.
