I told him to replace my polybutylene pipes with PVC, as recommended. He looked around for markings for gas, sewer, and electrical hookups to make sure it was safe to dig, but they were missing. He called them in on an emergency basis, but they took all day, to make it out. He returned the following morning and completed the work, as promised before 4:00 PM, when I got home. He delivered the invoice a couple hours later and it was identical to his estimate. My water seems to be working very well, now.
