They do a good job. Sometimes they skip my recycling though.

This provider continued to push the empty large wheeled refuse containers into our landscaped bushes. This happened repeatedly, even after discussions with the customer service reps., at one point I even went out and spoke to the truck driver. Each time I was assured it would not happen again, but it always did. Every time they put the barrel in the bush it put a whole in the bush and this is a well established huge decretive bush at the end of our driveway. There is ample room for them to put the barrel, we live in a cup de sac and it is just employees being lazy and in a hurry. I have watched them stand in the middle of the street and just give the barrel a shove so they don't have to walk it to where it belongs. They are a few dollars cheaper then other companies, plus they have bought out two other companies in our area so we only have three choices, so we put up with it longer than we should have and that is on us. We are no longer using them and it's a shame because it would be a really easy fix. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not very well. Frequently misses pickups. Call to local office result in "Lip Service". The latest episode has me calling three times with no results. I plan on taking the matter with their corporate office in Baltimore.

We are planning to find a new company. Advance has missed our recycling pick-up several times. Advance Disposal frequently leaves trash cans sitting in the street so that you must drive around them. Advance disposal will not answer the phone or respond to our complaints or inquiries.

AD told me that the kirby would not be delivered for 3 weeks, but that I could "leave all my trash" outside on the curb for pickup in the morning. Since they come by between 5:30 and 6, I had no intention of taking bags of trash out to the street in the early hours but rather the night before, thus risking discerning looks from my new neighbors (my family moved in only a few days previous to the service setup.) Obviously, the other problem with this is that we had no real sanitary option to put our trash except to pile it all on the side of the house, which gets awfully smelly when you have cat litter and dog "leftovers." Well, the trash WAS fortunately removed until the FOURTH week without a kirby. The day I planned to call AD, which happened to be the day of their pickup service, I went outside to dial their number only to see the heaping pile of trash that was not removed from our curb. After having to leave two messages with them, they called back to tell me that they had TRANSFERRED my services to another sanitation company without telling me. Though the woman on the other end swore up and down that they had sent out a notice via snail mail (thanks for not a simple phone call...), I later got a "courtesy call" from another representative at the company letting me know that they were switching my service to Cycle Works today. Well, I can't say I've ever had to depend on a company that's done this before, but I do hope that this Cycle Works does a better job in communicating with it's customers.

They are a dumpster service.

I am on our HOA board so I actually work with an account person there to negotiate a deal for daily collection and we have also used rollaway dumpsters from them. It was free for us because we have 80% saturation. Their pricing is pretty good and they had the best guarantee. I like their commitment to customer service and they are very responsive. They are absolutely willing to do business if it makes sense and they have a flexible business model.

They weren't very prompt on picking stuff up, or prompt with responding to emails or phone calls.
