Calvin was awesome to work with. He answered my call right away, scheduled quickly, arrived on time, was very polite and friendly and gave honest recommendations.

Mr. Shakir and son were very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything that was done and how to maintain a bug free environment. I would hire again and pass his company expertise on to friends and others.

The owner(Calvin) contacted me the night before spent quite sometime on the phone explaining the process with me being patient and thorough gave me an appointment for Saturday the next day. Called before he came showed up prompt and on time by far this is the best service I've ever had complete gentlemen Patient and knowledgeable. He went OVER AND BEYOND even handling issue that, I had no idea about. It's extremely hard finding quality service. After moving into my house a few weeks ago, I recently found a birds nest over my porch. Afraid that their may be an egg in it, I dare not to disturb it. However the birds at night started to drive me crazy. After contacting Calvin about it, he came out two days later to not only remove the nest, but also install spikes over both of my pillars to prevent the birds from building again. It was a beautiful sight seeing the birds attempt to come home the night of my service, and fly around in circles, confused. The service was quick and professional. The team even surprisingly pressure washed the dried up bird poop on my porch. It's very hard to find the customer service and support that I received from Absolute Exterminating Services. I'll definitely refer this team to anyone looking for pest control.

Calvin and his crew are awesome! Every phone call or text has been answered and taken care of in a quick and timely manner. They provide a clear explanation of all services and costs for services. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I had a rodent problem and work started very quickly. They addressed the issues, worked long hours and most of all cleaned up (much of the time, my house was cleaner when they left than when they started). They worked in my attic, crawl space and garage to close up and seal any entry points for critters. And best of all...they guarantee their work!

Calvin and his team are AMAZING and I could not recommend them more. If you have rodent issues and want your problem resolved, look no further! Calvin is extremely responsive, thorough, courteous, and truly cares. For example, I first reached out to Calvin on a Saturday afternoon and he was at my home just a few hours later. I also needed him to come to my house on a Sunday night (after 10pm) for an emergency and he was there in no time! Due to the extent of my rat issues, I had to have the insulation removed from my attic and new insulation installed (as well as the entry points throughout my home and attic sealed, plus some other work done such as cutting trees back, etc.). Calvin's team worked quickly and Calvin sent me pictures of their progress throughout the job. I came home to a spotless home each evening as Calvin and his team always made sure to clean up after themselves (in fact, they always left my home cleaner than they found it). Calvin's team also fixed a screen door for me and sealed cracks in my ceiling despite these projects being outside the scope of the job. The rats are now gone from my home thanks to Calvin and I can enjoy living in my home again. Thank you Calvin and team!

Calvin worked me in the day before Thanksgiving and everything is going great! He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable and overall awesome at what he does! He set indoor and outdoor traps and is working of sealing access points while explaining all processes along the way.

So...there's this guy named Calvin...and he is FANTASTIC!!! Being a homeowner, you quickly come to find out if a vendor isn't busy or can come to you the same day, that's usually not a a good sign...Not only was he able to come to the house on the same day I called, he went above and beyond what I could ever expect from a company. In the middle of the night with the bravado of a lion on the hunt, he walked my yard, my roof, my attic, AND my basement...places I don't walk after the sun sets!!!! He put out traps and sprayed and explained everything he did (and was doing) as he did it AND provided pictures so that i could see what he was saying. He was knowledgeable and patient and kind with the integrity of a man's man. No pretenses or innuendos here - full on transparency and resourcefulness and honesty. While my cost to completely address my problem was a little beyond what I could afford all at one time, Calvin offered options...and if I wasn't sold before, I am now! In a day and time when kindness and customer service of any kind is as rare as a unicorn, you will find those qualities and SO much more in Calvin and Absolute Exterminating Services.

have used Absolute Exterminators for over 10 years. very thorough. efficient. go over and above basic services. Calvin and his team are extremely courteous and friendly. anytime we do see pests, one call gets them to come and take care of the problem. I believe the price is very fair. also Calvin and his team do not do any hard selling to try to get you to buy more expensive services.

Thank goodness I called Calvin. Turned out to be chimney leak. Calvin is so honest- he helped me solve the problem and learn about critters and attics. I plan to use him to do attic work to do preventative measures. He is so honest - which is hard to find these days. He keeps his word and explains everything. I have recommended him to all my friends. I’d give him an A++

It went extraordinarily well. He stayed far longer than we would've anticipated and was extremely thorough. An A+ isnt good enough for him. His customer service was excellent and he gave a lot of advice on how to prevent any future problems. We are going to switch from our regular exterminating service to his on an ongoing basis.

Calvin was absolutely amazing. He showed up within hours of my call. The space that the squirrel was in was not accessible as it was very small so he could not set traps. He had to install a one way trap so that once the squirrel exited the roof he could not return. Calvin checked in periodically to confirm that the squirrel had left before he returned to remove the trap and repair the whole. I couldn’t have asked for better service from a more professional and personable person. If I ever have any further issues he will be my guy. I am very pleased with the service and the time it took to complete. THANK YOU FOR AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Could not have been better. Great service. Got all of the rodents. Cleaned up the house and closed all means of ingress. Set traps in the crawl-space, which eliminated the problem. Returned several times to check the house for additional pests. This is a single-family rental house. Calvin and his team worked with the tenants, and the tenants loved the team, and the results. Will definitely use Absolute in the future.

He did a thorough, detailed inspection and a great job treating our home for pests and performing preventative measures to insure no pests could intrude into our home. He placed a termite bait system for future monitoring of termite activity. He is very detail oriented, he even cleaned behind our refridgerator. Great value for his services, Terminex costs do not even compete. Calvin and his wife already feel like family to us.
