+ -1 moreThe big box store estimated the cost at $900. This plumber quoted me $500 (all-inclusive). He said the plumbing was substandard because like the previous reviewer said, several lawsuits were pending against the building contractor whose houses were affected. He offerred to document the problem but since we incurred no damage from the sub-standard plumbing we declined. He upgraded the plumbing to meet code. We intend to use him again for future work in converting a garage into a laundry room/bonus room. He was courteous, timely and as the owner of the business knew his craft and did a fine job. .
Description of Work: Paid in addition to services that were performed through one of the big box installation services to bring plumbing up to code. We were upgrading our bathroom to include a new tub/shower with new fixtures. This resulted in changing the plumbing out to meet the new code.

Description of Work: Charged an exhorbitant rate and had a very poor attitude. Would not show up. Promised paperwork for a class action suit for us to participate in (due to the house having been built using substandard plastic plumbing parts) and we have not seen the paperwork yet. It's been over a year.
