+ -1 moreSystem just didn't run. Called OCC and Scott came out later in the day. He looked it over found some loose fittings and a low freon level. He tightened everything and recharged the system. When he turned it on, He heard a noise (I had heard it throughtout the winter). It was a bad component, he said that as a 22 year old system it may be hard to find the right parts, but he did have one, some kind of solenoid switch, he replaced it and I haven't had a minutes trouble with it since. Now I know this old system won't last forever, but hopefully it'll last another year or so. Scott will be called on to keep it running until the bitter end.
Description of Work: A/C went out. This is an old heat pump system. Scott diagnosed the problem, had the correct part, installed and recharged the system. Ina and out in about an hour. Great service. So much in fact I asked him to do the maintenance on the systems at work.
