+ -1 moreTye Collis (owner) was hired to address the electrical issues found in a property inspection and bring the house up to code. 1 year later the house has an offer from a buyer but the house fells inspection due to improper wiring. Wires in attic were improperly wrapped & junction boxes were left exposed Outlets were not up to code (specifically those located near water sources). The proper breakers to accommodate the correct outlets were not installed (the new electrical panel he just installed). A second electrician was brought in upon closing the sale of the house to correct these errors costing several hundred dollars.
Description of Work: - Installed new electrical panel - recovered electrical box on exterior of house

+ -1 moreCalled at beginning of week, and asked to make appointment for one of 3 optional days within the next week. The lady was very courteous, and said they would call us the next day to set-up an appointment. But then no one called. I called them two days later, and again she could not not make an appointment, but instead said they would call back the next day. Never called back.
Description of Work: We had an electrical problem with our dryer - or electric receptical that it was attached to. Called to make an appointment. Spoke to someone, but they could not make the appointment and never called back.

+ -1 moreElectricians were very easy to work with and cleaned up after their work. All repairs and modifications were done professionally and at very affordable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Lake Oconee area who needs an electrician.
Description of Work: Minor electrical repairs and modifications. Repaired sprinkler system relay. Added ceiling fan light kits and adjusted on/off switches.
