+ -1 moreThis company is fantastic! They keep all of their appointments, communicate endlessly (via phone or email) and provide an excellent service. They're not the cheapest, but I much prefer a company that I can rely on. "3" thumbs up!!

+ -1 moreThe serviceman is familiar with our house and remembers details about floorplan and all the nooks and crannies. He even remember's our cat's name. He is very professional and always asks if we have any questions. This is actually the Bug House out of Greensboro. The site said someone within one mile of me had reviewed this one and I erroneously thought it was Greensboro.
