Description of Work: On 9-6-2016 we had a new Rudd 3 ton airconditioner (heat pump) installed. They were very efficient, courteous and punctual. Then on 9-21-2016 another gentleman from Middle Georgia Mechanical came to double check that the unit was working well. We always use them and we also have a yearly contract with them to come out 2 times a year to check each of our two units to be sure they are working well and also install new filters. I think this has extended the life of our heat pumps. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a new air conditioner.

+ -1 moreMGMHAC did an excellent job! This was an all day job (stated prior to appointment). They were punctual, 8 am, the day of the appointment. There were 3 workers that came out to help put it together. It was a very hot day so we were concerned for the heat exhaustion. We provided waters and an oscillating fan to give some breeze in the attic! The workers were professional and knowledgeable! They completed the job by 6:30 pm and had tidied up each area they worked in.

Description of Work: Foam insulation in roof. This rating is C instead of F because the job DID get done. However, it took 6.5 days over a month instead of the projected (and normal) 2 days because the equipment seldom worked more than 30 minutes the first four days. The young men were always polite. The company had to be prompted to return and clean up some mess.
