TT&T Gifted Hands Cleaning

The provider quoted me $375 for a deep cleaning and came to see the house 3 days before the cleaning day. The provider was aware we did not have a vacuum cleaner at that time and said to let her know if we did not have one before the agreed upon date of service. I asked her if she would have anyone helping her but she assured me that she would be able to do it herself and if someone was needed she would call them. The night before I text her to say that we did not have one and received no answer. The next morning the provider arrived at 11am . Upon her arrival she was aware that my husband would be there and that I had to go to the doctor. While the provider was there my husband asked how much the service was so that he could pay before she left and she told him 475 of which he gave her 400 and I was supposed to give her the rest upon her finishing. The provider worked on the kitchen for 5 hrs cleaning the refrigerator. And counters. She did not clean down the backsplash or coffee pot or other containers that were sitting on the counter. She swept the floor but did not mop it. And for some reason put the entrance rug outside the door, and did not bring it back in. It’s now ruined because it rained on it. She cleaned the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. She also straightened up my daughters room. The things that she did not do which are included in a deep cleaning of a house were vacuum all the floors, clean the master bathroom, clean the front room including wiping the glass tables and dusting, cleaning the backsplash and wiping off the items on the counter, folding and putting away my daughters clothes and mopping the floors in the house. Upon talking to the provider I told her that previously all of our cleaning is done by 2 people which she assured me that she could call someone if needed. All of these things were agreed upon before she came the day of service. At 9:30pm the provider told me she was leaving and was not done. She said she would be back tomorrow. I then found out that while I was gone earlier, she told my husband $475 for the service, $100 more than what she told me. She had also already collected the money even though she's wasn’t done and had not finished that day.
