Description of Work: They opened up the sprinkler system, replaced the sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced, and adjusted all of them.

 + -1 moreI just bought a house and have been calling this place because they installed the sprinkler system here years ago and now we have a leak and the system needs adjustment. I've been calling them for a MONTH and either the phone is busy, there is no answering machine accepting calls because its filled to capacity. How can they conduct a business this way? We're just completely disgusted with this company.

 + -1 moreI have used The Sprinkler Man - Keith Davidson - since 1988. About a year ago (2005), he retired to Florida and turned his business over to a relative - Ronald Scheer. I called Ron for a leak repair about 6 mo. ago. Tho' the leak reoccurred, he did return and repair it at no charge. Following a driveway replacement, we had major damage to our irrigation system. After scheduling an appointment,he failed to show. Several days later,he advised that due to a death in the family, he had to leave town. We rescheduled. Again, he failed to show. Later, I received a message that he'd like to ''get me back on the schedule''. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Unuseable.
