Description of Work: We have been using Shumate for regular HVAC maintenance for seven years. We have bonded with a particular technician, Mark, who has been great. The company is well organized, responsive and easy to reach. Mark replace a furnace fan for us on this most recent visit. There are probably cheaper firms, but we are comfortable with Shumate's quality and service. Moreover, they offer Angie's list customers coupon discounts. We used a $50 coupon thor this service visit.

Description of Work: HVAC system on a rental property wasn't working. Bad capacitor. They were able to get this scheduled and repaired quickly, coordinating with the tenant. I've used them many times, and they always come through for me.

Description of Work: My home A/C was out. He checked & said the motherboard was gone. He did rig the blower so it would blow & I can get air until I decide about an upgrade or system replacement. Plus my drain line was blocked. He cleared that for me. My tech's name was Shaun. He was a good guy. I didn't like the $149..but it was Sunday..so you know how that goes!

Description of Work: They installed 2 new furnaces, humidifier, 2 AC units, and tankless water heater. It was a big job and they worked very hard all day. All the individuals were so nice, polite and took pride in their work. They did an outstanding job!!!!!!!!
