Description of Work: Company came to check out ac system for the buyer of my house. Tech was prompt and thorough. Since my filters had recently been changed he didn't change them again. Instead he left replacements for the new owner to use.

Description of Work: Repaired air conditioner but had to come out and do more repairs after the fan and motor came loose because they used the wrong motor. The fan damaged the air conditioner heat transfer system and they repaired it.
