Horrible!! I honestly don't know why we hired them a 2nd time! They originally stained our newly built deck. At first everything seemed ok, we waited 6 months after it was built, before hiring Ray at Quality Pro, to stain the deck. As we were told to wait so that the chemicals in the pressure treated wood would be fully "absorbed". Within a month, our deck started getting these large, white patches coming thru our medium to dark brown stain that we chose. When mentioned to them, of course it was of no fault of there's! The deck looks horrific! I did not realize that my husband hired the same people, Quality Pro Painting, to paint the exterior of our house. Otherwise they would NOT have been hired! It took a month and 1/2, to complete our paint job that should've only taken a week. Sporadic appearances, no informing of why they didn't come, MIA for over a week. And now, the paint is peeling on the front door. Was told he would come out "next week", never showed. Ray, I will post this everywhere!!

This experience is one of the worst formy wife and I. We painted our house before with another company in the past but we never saw such unprofessionalism we are seeing with Quality Pro Painting LLC. We received a good quote from Ray the owner and hired his company to paint the house. On Monday Nov 2nd they (3 of them in 2 vains) came pressure wash the house, and the deck. So far so good, nio issues. He asked for half of the money and I gave it to him. No one showed up on Tuesday when I was told that they would work on the wood to remove and repair and do caulking. One Person came on Wednesday Nov 4th and did some work outside and left. After that no one showed. I called and texted with no answer. On the 9th I finally got a text with a picture of one of their 2 vains in the shop with Ray saying that hewill come on Tues Nov 10th. It rained. I was unhappy that the entire week no one called or texted us. On Mon Nov 16th since no one answered the phone I texted. I was told that he would be there on Tuesday and promised that the house would be done by the end of the week. On Nov 17th, the same gentleman from 14 days ago came alone to continue working on the Windows and the wood and put plastic on some windows and left. A pile of wood and caulking was left in front of our door with a hole in the arch of the front door. Needless to say this was the last time I saw anyone. When we sent pictures of the work that was not done and how things were left in front of the house. On Nov 27th got a message that there was a personal tragedy in the family and that was the reason for the hiatus. I was told that they would be there that Monday. Nov 30th to get the work done. Well, today is December 17th and no one showed up, no one called. We are starting to regret giving the job to Quality Pro Painting. A job that was to take a week is now going on 2 months. We have table and grill and flowers that was on the deck lying around in our back yard. We can't do anything on our deck for the end of the year. Plastic on our windows block our view of outside. We always give others the benefits of the doubt and if there was personal tragedy, as human beings we sympathize. The question is, will they do right by us? If they fix this issue we will be the first one to come back and finalize this review. If they don't, we hope that this review will serve you as a warning not to do business with this company no matter how good the price may seems. Jean and Vania Home owners Kennesaw GA

I can't praise this company enough. Not only did my house go from one of the worst-looking paint jobs in my neighborhood to one of the best, but they did it at a price significantly below their competition. This is a family business, rather than a collection of gypsy crews handling jobs sold by a polished sales guy, and it shows. Ray, the owner discussed the job with me, and gave me a great price. When I pointed out that the quote included things I didn't need done, he insisted on lowering the price because it would be less work for them. When other aspects took more work and materials than I thought he had budgeted, I insisted on paying the already-reasonable original amount. The crew, literally consisting of extended family members, couldn't have been more professional, more friendly and more meticulous. They took tremendous pride in their work, paid attention to detail and went way beyond expectations. My deck was embedded with pollen and they pressure-washed every square inch of the decking, the rails, and the furniture on that deck, even though they weren't painting any of it. Even two weeks later, it's cleaner than it's ever been. They also pressure washed the windows. I don't ever remember them being this clean. When we thanked them, they said it was just all part of the service. At the start, Ray said he was taking down the exterior lights and volunteered to hang new ones, if I'd like. That gave us an excellent opportunity to replace all those tarnished fixtures. They finished the exterior today, and I can't stop going outside to admire it. The house looks better than when it was built. We haven't started the minor interior work yet, but I have used Ray for interior work before and he's a miracle worker.
