We had some issues with our septic system after we moved into our house. We dealt with one company that unprofessionally estimated the cost of repairing/replacing our system. We sought a second opinion from Pumpco. They precisely estimated the cost of the installation and did not exceed their quote. They set a schedule and completed the work as they said they would. They are well organized and have a great staff. From Steve, the owner, who has a vision to support the local community, Joe with a massive 6-6 frame who has delicate machinery skills, and Amanda who coordinated it all with her bubbly personality. This company was timely in their arrival, professional and considerate. They pumped out my septic tank, didn’t leave a mess, (I do have a manhole so no digging was required), and cleaned up after the job was done. I will use them again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

They called right away, were able to schedule the work right away (the same day), communicated when they were on their way, got it pumped out so that my septic is back in good order, and even helped out a little extra for me just to be kind. I am so thankful and can recommend them very highly!

Outstanding service! Contacted them about 11am, made appointment for the following week. They called back a bit later and asked if they could come by immediately. I was home so they came by within the hour, located the tank which was 4 feet below the surface. Upon digging, which was done expertly without disturbing the surrounding shrubs, and uncovering the cover plate, it was found that the concrete baffle was corroded and broken. The crew completed the repairs, pumped the tank and did a great job replacing the soil. All in just over two hours. Overall a great experience.

Joe and Jorge worked hard in the rain to solve a 25 year old problem of the less than adequate slope of the line from the house to the tank. I am looking forward to a snake-free year, thanks to them.

This service was provided a couple of years ago so my memory of the details is sketchy. What I do recall is how knowledgeable and efficient the owner and his team were in finding the problem and providing a creative solution for correcting it, saving us a lot of work and costs.

Made. one call and left a message on voicemail .Within 10 min thr owner callef me bsck quoted me a flat price of 350$ to empty our 1000 gallon tank . WIith so many companies having hidden fees to add onto the bill for example " if sludge is over 8 in in depth there is an additional charge but cant say til i pump it out" and know for sure"! And naturally by that point in time im obligated to pay the extra charge Pumpco calls me the next. morning. as planned then said He could be here in 30 min and was. He gets here begins to pump tank and was ffinished hoses packed (no spills!) hands me the invoice. with our initial quote of 350. all in 30 minutes time. Professional ,prompt and courteous. knowledgable and. strait up honest. I willl most definately. use Pumpco iagain and I highly reccomend. these guys to anyone having septic system issues. I was not paid or offered any discount for writing a review of praise. .. I was so ticked off by the other guys playing. Fine, then they said I need the "greasetrap" cleaned out. That was an additional $300.00. This is a pattern that many of these companies follow. Wasn't the first time, won't be the last. Next house I buy will be on sewer so I won't have to deal with septic companies or system issues again.

It went very well. Steve came out as promised. Resolved the problem quickly and for a fair price. It coast me about 1/4 of what the last sep ic tank service cost

Steve (the owner) was very honest and went out of his way to help us. We asked him to come out to get an of our septic system for our DFCS Foster Care application. He inspected the system and found a crumbling cement exit pipe that was original to our 1986 house that was causing the system to drain improperly and would eventually cause a backup. We fixed the pipe and he didn't charge us for the inspection and letter for DFCS (other companies were going to charge us $150). Two months later we were having a patio put in to our backyard and were worried that the workers may hit the drain field as they were excavating. Steve came out FREE OF CHARGE and identified where the tank was located and where the drain field started so the workers wouldn't hit it. Unfortunately the workers had put a footer 3" above the new pipe but Steve said it may or may give us issues and told us what to look out for and how much it would be to fix if the patio people had cracked the new pipe. His exact words were "I don't want you to spend money if you don't have to. So let's just wait and see if there's an issue." I would recommend this company to anyone who wants an honest assessment of their system & quality work!

These guys are great! Finally, a septic tank company that you can really trust. Steve actually came back a little under his original estimate. Two thumbs up!

I had several companies look at my septic system issues. Pumpco Septic being the last in that Steve understood exactly my problem and gave me several solution options. Septic systems aren't difficult to understand but installation and repairs can be because of many different situations. Upon arrival Steve already knew what the soil test had revealed before the soil results were known to him. The backyard soil was not good for absorption. The system had to be hard piped to the front. His quote for the job was much more to my budget than the others. Steve and the other Pumpco associates showed up on time and completed the job in a day and a half with no issues. Each job has its unique issues but I would trust Pumpco Septic with all of them. They are knowledgeable and courteous willing to listen to any concerns you may have. I have already recommended Pumpco Septic to several friends and will call them for further service.

Despite the fact that they are a pretty busy company, they were right here on time. They said that they would be here at 8 in the morning and they were here right at 8. As usual, they are friendly and confident. They had everything that they needed to replace, which they showed us. It was a mess too. From the research that we’d done on the web, the price seemed to be right in line with all the others. There were quite a few that were a bit higher, like $8000 for what we had done. Our yard was a swamp and now it’s dried out. Even now with all the rain that we’ve had, it’s still dried out nicely. They were right on with their responsiveness and punctuality. Anytime we called with a question and if they didn’t know, they would call us back quickly. We don’t see how they could get any more professional. They were friendly though, and easy to talk to and get along with. We will definitely use them again in the future. They really know their business.
