 + 0 moreMike Penny (Owner) had already completed several carport-garage conversion in my town home Community so Mike had the process and the 'gotchas' ironed out. Mike provided a detailed cost estimate/project description and provided me with guidance on suggestions for lighting, outlets, other considerations, etc. based upon his overall experience in general and from doing the other carport-garage conversions. The job took about four weeks to totally complete once the work started. I will look to get bids from Mike for my upcoming interior remodeling projects based upon this project.
Description of Work: Convert stand alone two car carport into a two car garage following the Community Standards for my Town Home Community. The three sides of the garage have a brick knee wall on the bottom and the siding is hardieplank and painted to the custom Community color. The inside of the garage was finished with drywall and I had it painted white. I also had a pull-down access ladder installed in the ceiling to be able to use the area above the garage for additional storage.

 + -1 morePencor always showed up on time with materials in hand, ready to work. They were very professional and did a very good job. They were also very nice.
Description of Work: Pencor repaired the coffered ceiling that another company had done. The other company used the wrong materials and the ceiling was cracking.
