Description of Work: I have a service contract with them, so they remind me twice a year to tweak my system. Had to replace a failing TRAIN after 20 years and went with a Lenox that I was able to finance through some company they work with. Took advantage of the 12 month interest free and just paid it off. | |Find their workers to be courteous, skilled and honest about what they recommend. Had a snafu with the new system and had to call them back. Technician realized it was a mistake on installation and fixed it for free. Gave me a free next visit on my service contract that is coming up soon.
