The salesman tried to goalie overcharge for a new unit.

On Time, Professional, Courteous. I purchased my complete system from this company several years back and have been very well pleased with the performance. The one time that I did require a service call for a repair, it was on a Sunday and the technician was very good but the price that they charged for a capacitor was outrageously inflated (I knew what the problem was but could not locate a replacement) so I reluctantly paid the bill. I complained about the price on their website and they contacted me and offered a partial refund that I accepted so they are somewhat flexible if you let them know you are unhappy.

I have a membership for a year. I just use them forever. I just called them and set it up. I don't remember if they were on time or what happened with the service calls. I don't remember being upset with them.

The guys they send are really good.

They were great. They are priced a little high. We would use them again.

They are so so. Seems like every heating and ac vendor we use is so so. They installed an ac, we had issue with it for an year. We wished they would have found the issue before an year. They come out twice an year for inspections. They usually aren't always punctual. They give you a time, and didn't show up, he was stuck on another job. I experience this with Peach tree, they don't come when they say they would.

The technician never showed up at the time quoted. This is typical of this company. We stayed home from work to be present between 2-4 which was the time specified but by 5:00 there was a no show. When we called to check the person would not be available until about 6:30-7:00. We cancelled the appointment as the company evidently does not need our business in spite of the fact that we have been customers for many years. They have no sense of decent customer service, and we have put up with type of disrespect for too long. I don't advise giving your business to this company.

I would use their services in future.

We called Peachtree Service Experts to service AC units for two properties. At the first property both units have been working fine and we just wanted to have them checked out before the hot summer. The service person and another representative came and promptly told me both of my units at that location would probably die by the end of the week and surely by the end of the summer. Both units have in the past, and continue to, work fine. I understand letting me know they will need replaced sooner than later, but the amount of drama from both representatives was uncalled for. They also offered a deal to get me to go ahead and replace now which felt more like a pressure tactic. The whole experience was just uncomfortable. At the second property the unit was also working fine and we just wanted it checked out before the hot summer. They added coolant to it and told us the brand new unit (less than a year old) was a bad fit for the property. After they left the unit proceeded to freeze up, which we were not having issues with before they serviced it. We called them back out and after some back and forth told them we were done using them. We called another service company who came out and got everything working again in minutes.

A/C went down Wednesday night and I called Peachtree Service Experts Thursday morning about 9:00. They immediately answered the phone and understood my problem. The tech arrived here about 12:30 diagnosed the faulty equipment fetched the parts and finished installation about 4:00. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Installation went well. However, the cost was pretty high for the furnace only (not entire HVAC system with A/C). I suspect the pricing may have been overstated, being a single woman, even for 2009, when an energy incentives were available. As a result, I left Peachtree and have been happier with a smaller company where the owner quotes everything for me and has underbid the larger HVAC firms. Update to Service Experts Customer Service: I called and only got a voice messaging system, so I emailed. Am waiting for your response via email.

All work was done as agreed and in the time frame promised. Service Experts started work the morning after we signed the contract and had the work finished that day including the removal of all the old ducts.

Very knowledgeable and efficient technicians....in and out in an expeditious fashion. Liked the company so much I asked them to come check my HVAC system. It was over 20 years old. Ended up having a new HVAC system installed by same company and am extremely pleased with everything.

Peachtree Service Experts are very professional. I like the fact that they arrived a little bit ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the air ducts. They also covered my furniture and the carpet. Changed the filter in the air condition unit. Just very pleasant people with great customer service. I would use them again.

No services were performed. We had an appointment scheduled a few weeks out and the night before they were supposed to come and perform the service, I got an email saying that they did not check their email prior to going out if town so I am not in the schedule. They did offer to reschedule and throw in a filter in for free but at that point I was done. I will find another service provider to do the work.

I contacted the company five times and couldn't get anyone to answer any questions for me or return my calls.

We have used them for 10-12 years, we a service contract going with them. They have put in all our heat pumps and water heaters. Every time they come out they try to sell something.

They did an okay job but they had damaged our walls in a couple of areas. They damaged the wall in four different places. It was big, large and the drywall was taken out. They did a great job on the duct cleaning. They were very professional, they were on time and explained everything in the process very well. When they left they did not mention the damage that they had caused and I don't know if they don't recognize that and didn't mention it.

They have excellent service. I am under contract with them. They come out three times a year. They are very thorough. They take their time. They wear booties when they enter your house, and when they say they are going to be here, they call and let you know they are going to be here. They show up on time. If you are somebody sitting at home for them, you will appreciate that. I would tell others that they do excellent work. Even though we are under contract, I like their efficiency. I like the way they deal with the public calling and let you know that the driver is on the way out. I like when the driver gets here, puts his booties on and he will come up and talk to you if he finds the problem and tells us that there is something that needs to be done.

It turned out OK. Scheduling was fine. We used the Big Deal right away.

We bought a new system from them back in the fall and there goes the time that we needed the ducts cleaned. They were all very timely.

I scheduled the service to be done between 8 and 10 AM. Wade and Sergio from Peachtree Service Experts arrived just before 9. We did a walk through in my house so they could identify where the vents were located. Then they set about to get the task done. It took a little over a hour. They were both very courteous and professional. I am happy with the job they did and would seek them out for future work of this nature.

I thought they did an excellent job. They were very professional and thorough and the coupon was a great value.

I think it went well! I have never had this service done before. We had a mold issue so we needed to get our ducts cleaned out.

They did a great job. It was a little hard to schedule at first. Once they showed up, they were very good in protecting my new carpet in the house. They also took off and wiped down the vents, I was very happy with service.
