A friend recommended them to us so we signed a contract with them. Every time they came they said something was about to break, and there was a Catch-22, if they come back another day I would have to pay the service charge again. We stopped using their service. They didn t respect my house either, they would come in with their dirty shoes!

They were very responsive, prompt, and did an excellent job of moving the new unit away from the house a little so it wouldn t make as much noise. The new unit is a heat pump system so it is quieter. We really felt the price was excellent and will use them again if we have to.

As we have the service, we get great response from them. The last time I had a problem, I called them and they came the very next day. I dont like the fact that they are a bit expensive, because the contract only covers the filters. All other services needs to be paid up front. The last part I had replaced cost me $400 for both the part and the labor, over the amount I pay annually.

The gentleman from Valentines arrived right on schedule and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty in letting us know what was wrong, instead of trying to make it a more profitable repair.He cleaned it out for us at a reasonable rate, and we have had no problems since.

I thought this company was great. I dont know why they put plastic on these machines anyway since it always seems to break. This guy could have charged me a lot more but he didnt. He really got under the unit and did a good job. He gets all high marks in my book.

I had a good experience with this company. I was pretty impressed. They were able to come here, figure out the problem, and get out of here and leave me with a functional a/c unit. They worked quickly and they did not waste time. They knew their stuff and so I was happy at the end of the day.

My annual contract with this place is well worth my money because they put you first and prioritize you as a valued customer when you have a contract with them. Plus, its not that expensive and you know they will always be there for you. They are very pleasant and they are professionals too at what they are doing for you, which I like a lot.

I was satisfied with the service they provided. They came out quickly and even disposed of the old units for us. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves and did a great job on the units. The units are both working properly.

My system was just fine when they checked it out. I pay them a contract fee annually to have my system checked out. I am very happy with the company. I have been using them for many years and they have been working out really good for me. I have no problems with the company, the pricing, or the people who come out. I would gladly recommend them.

They do a good job always. I really like the fact that they are very prompt and they know what they re doing. The only thing I don t like is the price, which I believe is kind of high, but besides that I have no complaints.

They have been coming to my house for the last twenty years. They always send a different technician but they all do a good job. They have great customer service, they leave a card for me to write down any comments and they are also very persistent with check up, they always call. I pay once a year.

Ive used Peachtree Services for ten years now. They do a great service but are sometimes late and that kind of get on my nerves a bit. I will use them again only because of the quality of work they do.

I have used the company for 4 years. On a different visit, they replaced my furnace. The know what they are doing and are totally competent. They hire good quality employees. They do not promise more than they can deliver. I appreciate their desire to keep to their schedule. They stuck to the original estimate.

The company that had installed the systems didn't do a good job and that's when I started calling them. What I like the most is that they are extremely thorough and that they call me when the maintenance is needed. I can't remember exactly how much they charged me, so the price listed is an approximate price.

The servicemen who come out are always on time and they work rather quickly. The crew is very courteous and friendly while in my home. Their work was very professional and this company has always been honest even though the prices are a little high it is worth it.

Peachtree is extremely satisfactory. The man who comes is always clean cut, knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are a nice group of men who are considerate as well as they always calling before they arrive.

I have a contract with Peachtree and they do this maintenance three times a year. They are very good at it too. They are very dependable and always show up on time. They are not the cheapest, but, I still feel I get my moneys worth. I pay them yearly for this service.

We have had a contract with P'tree Service for about 4 years now. They used to be great. Recently we've had problems with late arrival (or cancellation), sloppy work, and high-pressure sales. The last three visits have been late (one was supposed to call between 10-12, and came at 2). The reps are mostly pleasant, but they try to sell us system upgrades, new systems, or other things we do not need. The last rep actually put the filter in incorrectly. My husband had to fix it. We are looking to change our Heating & A/C maintenance company.

We have been using them for about three years now and they are always on top of everything. In fact, we will be getting a new air conditioning unit soon and we will get it from them as well. They are very trustworthy and make sure to answer all of your questions. I just feel comfortable doing business with them.

Peach Tree is great. They literally hunt me down to make sure they provide me with the services depicted in my agreement with them. That is what I call a good company. They do a great job and they are really experts when it comes to HVAC systems.

Peachtree is a very reliable company. They came out when they said they would, were very professional, courteous and paid special attention to all questions I had before they did their work. For personal reasons, I choose not to show the price they charged for the compressor replacement.

This was done in December of 2002. At the time of install I thought all was well. When I turned on new A/C unit the following June, it turned out they never correctly installed the entire unit. Ever since then, I have had nothing but constant issues with these people. They finally broke down and had to replace the new condenser coil as well. Their only saving grace is the one technician they have who I insist comes out here every time. He is the only serviceman I experienced there who is thorough. The latest episode was when it was time for my service maintenance. They tried to tell me this call would be under new contract. Not so! I had extra work done that day. I wrote 2 checks. One check for that day. The other check was post dated for 2 weeks. The tech called to see if that was ok. They said they would hold the check and it was so written on my paperwork. They did not hold the check. I have since been reimbursed for bounced check fees..
