First of all, I was able to get an appointment window within 3 hours of calling. After a holiday weekend, I had a hard time even getting someone on the line. The technician did a great job, identified the problem and got right to work. He worked for about 2.5 hours and finished up with a clean work area.

They came, they did their job, they were friendly, and they didn't waste my entire day. What more could anyone ask for?

They call and remind me that they need to come out. They are punctual, friendly, send out the same tech each time. They always do a great job and are not pushy.

They used to be called Peachtree Service Experts but they have dropped off the Peachtree recently. They seem to be well-trained and well-qualified. They are able to talk knowledgeably about any issues that we want to talk about. They are good about little things like putting on booties when they come into your house. I would say that they are a very professional outfit. They are just a really good outfit.

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioningarrived with in the time slot agreed on. they performed the work as agreed. they showed me that my AC unit outside was slightly tilted and recommended to fix it. no pushy sales on this which was very nice. service took 45 minutes from start to finish.

Great experience, from the beginning of working with the scheduling group, to the actual servicemen that arrived promptly and were ready to go as soon as they got here.

The duct work was great....we had this great new unit, but it wasn't able to perform up to it's standards since the vents were too narrow.. About the warranty work....no problems...

I have a rental property and my own property. They went to the rental property while I waited for them at my own home. Ever since they did the switch in names I have been getting a notice from the bill collector saying I owe money. I have proof of payment and they tell me I don't owe the money but I'm still getting letters from the bill collector. On two occasions I have called to speak with a manager but no one calls me back. I was also told that this is happening to a lot of people. Will never use them again and it is still unresolved!

I don’t feel like they are trying to sell me something I don’t need. They are very helpful and professional. They also show up when they say they will.

Luckily we caught the problem early, and Service Experts came within 15 hours after we called them. He spent about 1.5 hours on the problem and replace the fluids we needed. Two weeks later and the system continues to work well in this heat!

Everything went well. We've been using them for years without any problems, and they are always very knowledgeable.

They came out today because my a/c was leaking. After they came out and fixed it it starting leaking again. They came back out and made sure that it was fixed. They are always on time and proper. They don't try to sell us when they come out. They did not charge us for the service charge. And they are always polite and professional and even put on foot covers before they came in.

We have a service contract with them for several years to come out twice a year for four HVAC units. They originally installed the units. Now and then they had to do little things like change filters and look at one of the frozen system once.

It was totally a waste of my time calling this company. They have lost the opportunity to install a new heat pump system. With an introduction to a company like this, I will never consider doing business with them.

PEACH TREE SVC EXPERTS gets A's all the way through. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have a twice-a-year tune-up plan with them. They ensured the levels of whatever they use in the system now are high enough and made sure everything was functioning. They found that one of my thermostats was not working well, so that got replaced, to get a balance in the house. In my opinion, the system is too expensive to just let it go. I?ve just started back with them again - probably a year and a half now. I find them very professional and knowledgeable. I lived in another home for 18 years, and they serviced my heating and cooling needs for those full 18 years. I got to a point where I really knew the servicemen who came in. They knew my system, and it was just a very pleasant experience. The service was done most professionally. I think that their price is fine. I would continue to use them in the future.

They are definitely responsive. They come out the same day. They all seem like they are well qualified.

They are competent. They never positively replied to my request to have the same service tech come to my each time.

First of all, I need to say that I did my homework with learning about the product I was about to get. That was very helpful when I was asking a lot of questions during the interviews with three local Lennox dealers before we chose this company. The sales/comfort advisor (James Himes) was very knowledgeable, persuasive and responsive to my subsequent calls and e-mails. I?d like to add that the company even sent a NAPA certified technician as a proof that they indeed employ them, when I asked about that before setting up the initial estimate appointment. He came during James? first visit in our house. The negotiation process went smooth but one always has to stay focused on discussed details and available options (as they change) to ensure the desired outcome. The installation was scheduled two days later. Two installers came at 9 am and the third one joined them later; he installed a new vent pipe on the roof. They were professional and courteous. After finishing work they made sure the work area was left clean. During the installation, which took about 5 hours, James came twice to inspect and ensure that everything was OK. Before leaving, one installer showed us how to change the filter and use our new thermostat. It?s been two months since installation and so far we are very satisfied with the purchase and the installation service. Now we are waiting for the next semiannual maintenance service, which we also signed up with the company. As for the rebates, I needed to contact the company separately for the formal, printed invoice, which they sent to me later via mail because the State Rebate program would not accept the hand written one by James. He also followed up on manufacturer's rebate and Starbucks gift card, so we wouldn't have to wait too long. All incentives that were associated with the purchase of this new Lennox HVAC system were honored.

It went well. I am not pleased with the loudness of the system as the furnace is in the center of my house. We used my existing return duct (metal) and the new dual stage system is very loud when it is on high so I tend to keep thermostat up so it doesn't come on too much. I may in the future opt to put in flexible duct to see if that quiets the system down as some suggested it could. I worried the flexible duct would clutter my laundry/furnace room and feared accidentally dropping something on the ducts and they would tear.

Everything always goes well. The same gentleman comes to my home every time, so he always knows what is needed to be done. The company is always nice, friendly, and efficient.

I will be replacing my unit and would like to see if there is anybody who has had experience with Peachtree Service Experts. I have subscribed to one of their plans. They perform three routine visits a year and provide 24/7 coverage. This comes handy if I?ve got a problem after hours. I don't have any complaints about them as far as maintenance is concerned. In fact, I have never had any sort of problem with the company.

I originally chose to go with them, because of all of their advertising. I have continued to use them because they make the effort to call me when I am scheduled for servicing. They are pretty customer friendly.

As usual, their technician was right on time. The main office always calls first when the technician is on his way so I will know when to expect him. He first asked if I had any issues with either AC system, which I did not. He then proceeded to check out both systems to ensure they were operating properly. Their techs always spend a good deal of time inspecting each system and measuring coolant pressures on the compressors to be sure they are operating at peak efficiancy. He then did a pre-winter check on the heating systems since I my next scheduled service won't be for 4-months. A nice preventive touch! He then let me know that once of my air filters needed to be replaced. I have an upgraded air cleaning system that takes a high efficiency filter, so I agreed to have him replace it. The cost was $65.00 for the filter, which seemed a little high, but I ok'd the work anyway. I've had a service contract with this company for many years, and their service (technically) has always been top notch. Now here's where I have a problem, and why they don't get an "A" rating... I went to the air filter manufacture's web site to see what cost they were charging to consumers and found that they were charging 1/2 the price. I then found two HVAC wholesalers that sell to the public and they were offering the same brand name product for only $20.00 apiece, and if I bought two, the shipping was free. It made me quite angry that my HVAC provider was basically charging a %200 markup to sell me a filter! I called their service manager to complain about the huge up-charge, and was told that they charge the markup because they have to cover the cost to carry the part, deliver it to my house, and install it. Give me a break! I'm already paying them for a service contract, which includes labor, so there is no extra travel charge for the tech to be here. And as far as costs associated with carrying the part, bringing it to my house and installing it?... I can do that for $20 bucks, thankyou very much. He says that the charge for the filter is a standard within the industry. Since there was no offer to refund some of my money, I've decided to get the same brand filters at a price that is more affordable. I also intend to look at other residential HVAC service providers when my contract ends to see what their pices are.
