The job was completed, and then I had five leaks in the system with a two month period, which ended up costing me an extra $200 on my water bill. The company fixed the leaks, but refused to compensate me for the increase in my water bill. Since installed, I have also found that two zones do not adequately water my lawn efficiently.

Work went as expected, once I was able to get scheduled. Took a couple weeks to get someone on-site. The technician was awesome, and certainly knew his stuff. The system is all tuned up to finish out the summer.

Called them on Friday and set appt. for the following Wednesday morning. They called on Tuesday evening to say they couldn't make it. Typical contractor. I thought a recommended contractor on Angie's list would be more professional. I was wrong. They wanted $100 just to come out to my house, so it was probably better they didn't show.

Great! Easy to schedule appointment. Work done well/price reasonable.

We emailed a couple of providers on Angie's List about giving us an estimate to install a sprinkler system in our front and back yard. Peachtree Irrigation responded first and came out within a couple days of our request. We also asked Nestor's Irrigation about giving us an estimate. Nestor's called to set up a time for an estimate and I mentioned that Peachtree Irrigation was coming that same day to give an estimate and the person on the phone said "Oh, your getting other estimates". I said yes and when did they want to come and give us an estimate. The person from Nestor's said "Oh, we are really busy now and we will need to get back to you about setting up a time. The request was made in February and we have yet to hear from them again. The tone of the conversation changed after I mentioned we were getting multiple estimates and that Peachtree was coming. My take away from that call was that Peachtree was going to give us a good price. David, the owner of the company, came and he was very professional and gave us an estimate while he was on site. After receiving the estimate, my husband and I thought about a couple other areas in the yard that we would like to make sure got watered. I called David and he said that he didn't think that should be a problem. The entire team was very accommodating. They installed the entire system in one day, front and backyard. Our yard is about a one acre lot. We have Zoysia sod and they did minimal damage to the yard and they did an excellent job of clean up prior to leaving. They said that they would be here at 8 am and they were. They didn't leave until the job was finished at 7 or 8pm. The system was explained thoroughly by the technician and all of our questions were answered. Incidentally, we thought we might have a leak a few days after the install. I called the office and that same day someone was here to check it out. It ended up that there was not a leak but I appreciated the quick response and that they had already been paid and still came. We would definitely recommend Peachtree Irrigation and we will use them for any maintenance on the system in future.

It went very well overall. This contractor was chosen by our landscaper but we paid Peachtree Irrigation directly. It took three men one day to install. They did not interact with me much but just did the job. We didn't have any choice in the brand or type of system installed but we were pleasantly surprised that it included a rain sensor. At the end of the day, one of the men programed the system and explained to me how to change the program. They returned to adjust the angle on some of the spray heads so it did not get as much on the street. They returned to replace a valve cover that I destroyed the first time I mowed the lawn. It was not securely fastened down and met the business end of my mower when the mower wheel tipped it up. A section a our new sod (about 9 sq ft.) died because the sprinklers were not hitting it. We didn't realize it until it was too late. They returned to adjust the heads so that that section is watered and our landscaper replaced the patch of dead sod. We need to contact them again because there seems to be a problem with the control unit. It seems to start the program over again and not shut off. We just turn it off manually. I expect that it is something simple to fix that they will address. The reason I gave a "B" in quality was the need for repeated visits to get the heads aimed correctly. Perhaps that is common but it was too bad that some sod died because of it. They were very responsive to all of our calls and very professional.

They're great. They come out in the fall and shut the system down and then they come in the spring and turn it back on and check everything and make sure everything is still functioning. It has all been good. If you need somebody to maintain your sprinkler system or put one in, they're great people.

Alfredo was professional and quickly replaced the sprinkler head. Upon checking the system he discovered an issue with the electric valve. He dug in the ground saw the tree root had broken it and replaced it seamlessly. Great Service!

Initial appointment was rescheduled due to prolonged assignment. Office was polite and responsive. Next appointment was on time and polite. They explained the needs and made repairs quickly.

Alfredo was very courteous, prompt & diligent. The work that was done was left clean when he was done.

Made many calls just to get a quote, they said they will have quote in a week and 4 weeks passed. Nothing. Called again and they promised they will get to my house that week - again no show. I am done with this company. DIdDId

I got a voicemail at about 10 AM the next day apologizing and asking me to call and reschedule. I arranged my schedule on Tuesday to accommodate their visit. They did not have the courtesy of calling me when it appeared that the technician would not be here by 12 noon. Moreover, they never called until the next day.

I have used this company for 12 years and they installed the irrigation system for the builder. I had an appointment two weeks ago from the hours of 7 until noon. I took a half day vacation to get the work done. I called at 11:30 to ask when they were coming to do the repair work and was told they could try to get to me later in the day maybe around 5. I called again at 4 and was told no they didn't have time to get to me and I asked if I would be the first call of the next day and was again told no. I was put on the schedule for 8 days later which is today. Guess what - they didn't show up again. I was to be the first call of the day and again they didn't show up. I have tried calling but get no answer. I finally got someone around 9 AM to tell me the person who was to do the work was at the doctor and would be at my house around 9:30 He never showed up. I realize summer is a busy time but if you can't get to a person on a particular day then that person should be the first call the following day not told to wait 8 more days and then not show up again and not even a call. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. After being a loyal customer for 12 years they should have told me they were too busy and find someone else. I wouldn't have been angry had they done this. I have never written a bad review for any company but I feel it is important to let people know what to expect if you call this company.

a few minutesHad a sprinkler valve that would not shut off after use. I am a do-it yourselfer so the repair would be pretty simple except. Duruing the initial installation of the system the guys, not peachtree irrigation, installed the valves all over the place and buried them. You can not fix what you can not find. Peachtree Irrigation came out and found the valve within a few minutes using equipment that is not readily available to the average Joe. Once the valve was found it took him only a few more minutes to diagnose the problem and fix it.

David and his crew designed and installed on schedule & on budget. They were prompt and very service focused on repair work.

They were over an hour later than estimated time, but I go a call that they would be delayed. Once here, work was done professionally and efficiently.

lInitially had some problems getting a response. I thought I had set up a day they could schedule some time. When they did not show, I called and think we miscommunicated. Set up an appointment for another day - they did not show. Due to my schedule, I let it go for a couple of weeks ( the company did leave me a message). Gave it another try - they showed up today (the company called me a couple times to let me know they would come). Alfredo, the technician, and a helper arrived and I showed them what I thought the problem was - there was water around the main shut off valve. Alfredo drained the water from around the valve and checked the valve out. He thought it was ok, whatever leak there was had stopped. He and his helper also checked that the system was working properly. Alfredo and his helper were very pleasant and I appreciate their honesty in dealing with me.

He was on time and inspected all 6 zones of the system. Walk me around the yard to show me which heads were working and which ones were not. He made several recommendations for moving sprinklers to assure maximum effiency and to assure they don't get damaged. He provided a quote to fix on the spot. I have all the information I need to make a good decision about purchasing the house. Great Customer Service.

A little slow to respond at first, but feel this was due mostly to office help who were not getting the messages to the owner. Overall a good company, and I would not hesitate to use them again, or to refer them to someone else.

Peachtree Irrigation was prompt. I called to winterize in preparation for an upcoming freeze and they were able to dispatch the next day. While the actual worked performed did not take long at all, everything was completed to my satisfaction. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I would hire again for sprinkle needs. Very professional supervision and staff members. The company's President, David Saucier, was very congenial and a pleasure to have had as the person responsible for outlining where the sprinklers were going to be best located. He walked the site, incorporated your wishes with his experience and delivered the results. Very easy to talk with!! We negotiated a price with David based on the installation of three sprinkler systems on relatively close homes in the same neighborhood, and he offered a very fair price. Very skilled and experienced staff, using the machinery and tools which have extremely low impact to your lawn and flower beds. Trenching ( limited to where valves / other appurtenances were installed), were also done very tidily and with minimal lawn damage. Execution was fast but thorough. Customer overview was meticulous and congenial. Staff pleasantly went over confusing areas over and over, until clear. Good warranty serviceability plan.

They added several more zones, including an extensive drip line zone, which resulted in far better coverage and the ability to reduce or eliminate coverage to any zone desired. I have also used them several times since then for minor repairs or adjustments and each time they have scored "A" on all the above categories. I highly recommend them.
