Did an excellent job very quickly.

What Mr. Yun did, he did well and efficiently. The drywall was in a cramped area but he managed and the finished work was very neat. I had purchased supplies but he said he needed very little and mostly used his own. The shelving unit and curtain rod placement were fine. What was disappointing was that he could not handle two priorities that needed a bit of initiative. One was hanging a pair of roman shades, he couldn't figure out how to do this even though I had the correct hardware (L bracket). He just said he could do nothing regarding an area the under sink area where way too much expanding filler had been used around the pipes. These items were later completed by someone else.

He worked very diligently, but had some difficulty with one of the lights as the old fixture was missing the electric box so I had to go to Lowes to purchase one and ended up making 3 trips because I kept getting the wrong ones. He also had a lot of difficulty removing the 25 year old faucet in our basement bathroom and did not have time to install the new one. He worked very hard and his wife helped him. They were both extremely nice and competent and I would use them again in a heat-beat.

The service was excellent, so we called to have him back!

Jerry Yun and a partner came right on time on Monday the 16th and began painting our new detached workshop. We knew beforehand it might take more than 8 hours total to complete it as it is rather large - 16' x 30'. Jerry agreed to stay longer and they painted all the exterior walls of the entire shop including overhang and soffits. They were very pleasant, professional and hard working. They came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do. We would happily use them again. Watching Jerry paint is a marvel. His arms move impossibly fast! This is our second Angie's Deal of the Day and we were not disappointed! The shop looks great and we are glad to have it done since it was built 9 months ago and needed to be painted to protect the hardiplank exterior.

He was very prompt and professional. He was good at what he did. The only problem was the deal advertised 8 hours of work and he brought a helper who didn't do too much. So we only got 4 hours of work.

Everything was excellent however he left a bit of a mess

Jerry showed up on time evaluated and explained what needed to be done. He started immediately and everything was completed within 6 hours. He was very professional and he did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Called JNO at approx. 2:00 PM. Explained my problem. He said he could be out between 4 and 5pm. He asked me to go to Home Depot to get a part he'd need to do the work. I went to HD and got it. He calls me back around 5 and says he's stuck in traffic, and wants to know if we can do this tomorrow. I say no, no one will be home tomorrow. He says OK, and that he'll be at my house in an hour. I tell him no problem. He calls me at 6pm and says that he is too tired and he doesn't want to make any mistakes. He's going home, and I can call him when I want the work done. Well, I wanted the work done today, and as he just wasted 4 hours of my day on the only day of the week I work from home, I won't be calling him back. His quality of work may be great for all I know, but his scheduling and respect for customers' time is not very professional.

i recently had a broken water pipe in the kitchen wall at night. i called alex, he was ready to come and fix it then, but since i already cut the water off, i told him to come in the morning. Next morning he was there, right on time. He told me what he had to do and gave me a fair price right away. He tore out some wall, found the leak, repaired it, re-insulated the wall and replaced the wall. All work was done quickly, and professionally..alex not only does a professional job but also does it perfectly.clean up was done as well.If you have any problems, plumbing or otherwise give him a call.

I purchased the deal of 4 hrs of painting and drywall repair. Everything went fine . Please note that the day he cAme out was VERY humid and rainy so the drywall mud didn't dry in time to be sanded and painted. We had fans blowing on the wall so as we waited for it to dry I had him paint a ceiling. I already had the paint . However the mud wouldn't dry and I ended up, several days later, sanding and painting myself. You would think this would have been something to let people know so that they could reschedule the drywall repair or go ahead with it knowing all the facts. You also have to supply all the materiel needed for any drywall work including the drywall, tape, mud, etc.

He did a good job. The only issue was that I had a list of things I wanted him to do, and it could have gone smoother if he had come out ahead of time to take a look at the jobs. He got lost on the way here so he was a little bit late, but he did call to let me know.

Jerry and his wife painted two rooms a hallway which included a curved stairway. One of the rooms was a spare room over the garage with odd shaped walls, Jerry suggested painting all of the walls and including the ceiling because of the odd shape, it turned out great. This job also included all of the trim and the doors, I would definitely use JNO handyman again.

It went great -- they were great to have in our space, and the repairs went smoothly. We really appreciated them coming!

When he did get here he get he brought his wife and indicated it would for two hours as he had a helper. Also, he didn’t bring any materials and my husband needed to go to the Home Depot. Also, when he patched the hole he didn’t stay for it to dry.

We discussed everything via email. He was very detailed in his messages and was also on-time. He was very kind and did a fantastic job repairing my walls.

I had a bedroom with wallpaper put up by a previous homeowner that was particularly difficult to remove. After my initial attempts proved very slow going, I decided to bring in professionals. I had used JNO before to mount some cabinets, so I reached out to them again. Jerry and his wife came over and did in about 4 hours what would have taken me a week! They stripped all of the walls down to the sheetrock, including inside the closet that had several obstructing shelves. It's perfectly clean and ready for painting, and my fiancee and I couldn't be happier.

All went well. Jerry arrived on time, immediately set up and got to work. He did a great job of painting the two rooms and everything looks great. Nice and professional. Would hire again!

He did the job and was fine to get in touch with to schedule the appointment. He also showed up on time. The work turned out fine.

I contacted the provider 5-22 and described the work that I needed. It was going to be six weeks before they could do the work. I set the appointment, but over the past weeks I was able to get the jobs done, so I didn't need the service. To cancel, I sent an email last week, but have not received a response. I left a voice mail to confirm cancellation.

After repeated messages to schedule before 7/16 move date, JNO was slow to respond and did not commit. Ultimately needed to source elsewhere to meet move date.

Jerry and I had a difficult time getting together due to both of our busy schedules. When he emailed to inform me that he would come today (7/19/2014) I wanted to know his arrival time. No reply. When speaking with him on the phone and in person his customer service skills leaves a lot to be desired. He requested a list of my needs which I sent quite some time ago. When he arrived he informed me of the things he could not do, most of which was on my list. Had I been informed of this earlier I would have done things differently Upon arrival to my home jerry was not at all friendly. It was as if I was bothering him and he did not want to do the job I paid for. After telling me the things he could not do, which he could have told me earlier after receiving my list, I decided it was best for him to vacate my home and I told him that I want a refund or a business minded individual who can perform the tasks needed. .

The provider informed me that he did service my area Dekalb County. His ad does say that he services Dekalb County.

Vendor was very busy to do service.
