It has been a nightmare dealing with him. He has missed three appointments with us -- no show/no call. We have to call to do the scheduling each time -- he doesn't follow up with us at all. We were planning on having him paint the downstairs half bathroom and the ceiling in my bedroom.

Due to rain in Smyrna on appointment day, he was unable to do the job. That's okay, but I was then rescheduled for one whole month later, if it didn't rain he said. I had to keep watch on my purchase and then worry about him showing up. I eventually had to send him a notice for a response. When he arrived he called complaining about some pieces of plastic stuck around some of the screens and he was a bit angry because I didn't tell him about this. This house is a rental of ours and I really didn't know the plastic was there, a minimal amount. I told him to do the best that he could. I'd say that this painter is not flexible, set in his ways and not people freindly.

They refused to honor the deal. Beyond that there were scheduling issues, we would have an appointment, and then he would message me on Angie's List saying he couldnt come. He did that several times. I would not recommend this service provider.

Contractor was fast, efficient and did a great job. I couldn't believe how much he was able to get done for the amount of hours I bought. I would highly recommend him!

We could not work out a schedule that worked for both of us so I had to cancel the Deal. I got someone else to do the work

Instead of cutting out one big piece, the repairman cut dots across my ceiling, lost his drill (it broke off) in one of the ceiling boards and he had to cut additional holes to find it. He repaired the drywall by simply putting the ceiling pieces back in their respective holes and spackling them back up in the ceiling using quikcrete. I can still see the imprints of the pieces that he cut out, my ceiling is still uneven and my ceiling is a different color there. I only gave them a C because the owner reached out to me, but it was too little too late

Played phone tag for a week before he finally left me an email he would not be available until 3 weeks later. Never left message even after repeated calls to check availability. Finally got him on the phone . Very unprofessional!

Jerry came out for the day and repaired a patch in the ceiling, fixed the bifold doors to the laundry area, fixed a small leak in the master bathroom sink area, hung weather strip in the garage, and pressure washed the fence in the backyard. He is quick, thorough, and accommodating and I will definitely use him again! He is also prior military if that influences you. :) Great job!

He's prompt, honest, thorough, detail oriented, hard working and very good at what he does....this is what Angie's list is all about, being able to find the needles in the haystack. Would use again in a heartbeat.

From arrival to finish Jerry did a fantastic job on the dry wall. He is very skilled and meticulous in how he works. He performs his work seriously and working timely to give me all the help he could. Dry wall was torn out behind my hot water and to the side of it. Everyone else told me they could not fix without removing heater. Jerry cleaned the area and got back there with no problem. Fixed in no time. He checked the open spaces before hanging for any signs of termites and informed me he saw previous evidence in one spot and no activity now. I appreciated that. He gave more instructions on small things to do in the future and advised me to purchase one new bi-fold door it was swollen from water damage. Shelving was done perfectly. Jerry and I agreed to do more work at the end of June. He is excellent and drove a good distance to help me in Austell. I am very grateful to him for his service to me. I felt safe and confident. Thank you Jerry my garage is back.

WOULD LIKE A REFUND BACK ON CREDIT CARD OF $199..... AS OF THE DATE OF SERVICE ABOVE....NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND IT WAS FOUR WEEKS AGO WHEN I PURCHASED THE DEAL....

I purchased a $199 for a day handyman work coupon. The handyman was not motivated to finish up the job. He talked a lot on the phone while he was suppose to work. It seems that he is not happy to work 8 hours for $199 ($24/hr). I had to spend a lot time to supervise and help do the purchases and follow ups. Anyway, not much was done. I had to spend money to hire someone else to finish up what he leftover. I could hire someone else for a cheaper price and spend a lot less time and efforts to coordinate. I am not very happy about his work. But I am happy that he mailed me the receipts for the materials he purchased.

Service provider was prompt in letting me know he no longer services my area. His email demeanor was professional and courteous.

I originally set up an appointment and they called back to try to accommodate me at an earlier date since another person cancelled. They then called to notify me that they would not be able to make it. I know they are busy and I am on a tight schedule so I went to find another provider but not because of anything this provider did wrong.

Jerry on the day he had specified. Prepared the room, painted, cleaned up perfectly. He was very polite and nice as was his wife who was with him. I had a crib that I could not disassemble and he did that for me as well. Only problem is he is not close to where I live so I am afraid that I might not be able to get him back :(

They've been very polite and prompt, but they do not service my area.

After receiving the email for me to submit three possible dates, I responded with the following dates; 4/7/14, A.M.; 4/8/14, A.M.; & 4/9/14, A.M. I then received an email from JNO Handyman Services & Painting saying, "I am not available on those days above how about 4/22/14 thanks Jerry." I then responded and told him that I was not available on 4/22/14. I then told him that I was closed to his office location and my job was small, only need to repair a hole in the ceiling. I suggested maybe fitting me in between a job. JNO Handyman then responded on 4/4/14 with "I can probably put you in sometime next week but I can not promise you, Thanks, JNO Handyman Services & Painting". After that email I responded with OK, Thanks and included my home phone # and address. I have not heard from the provider since. It is now 4/17/14, two weeks so I decided to do the work myself. Thanks.

We purchased the 8 hours of painting for $199 by JNO Handyman services, deal. Jerry was quick to reach out to us once we had bought the deal and continued to communicate when necessary. I assumed Jerry would come over before the day of the job, to look at the scope of the work (and because I am a type A personality) so was nervous as to how it would turn out, as he did not. However, I had no reason to worry. Jerry was able to give us good advise on the time and paint it would take to cover the area we wished to be painted in our communications and coming out to the house prior was not necessary. Jerry did a thorough job of painting our bedroom and we are pleased with the outcome. He had all his own equipment and goodies and set up quickly and started work soon after arriving. Jerry works methodically and precisely and completed our bedroom (400sft) within the allotted 8 hours. Jerry had to apply two coats of paint and we used three different colors, which added to the work. We will definitely be using Jerry again.

I have nothing -0 to say about provider, his schedule was booked until May which was too late for my work. So I moved on to a different contractor.

Jerry did a phenomenal job, we couldn't be happier. This cabinet installation was very tricky in that the 5 cabinet modules hang on the wall and need to be aligned, centered, and mounted precisely. Jerry was able to handle the alignment and mounting, as well as give us expert advice on spacing and mount point for the flatscreen TV prior to installation. The room looks fantastic, I would definitely call him again for any future work.

Provider was punctual, performed the services as agreed. Rather than use drying time to wait with nothing to do, provider asked if there were more handyman services that could be provided to utilize all of the time that I prepaid. He removed an old lighting fixture and patched the wall, and replaced my front door bell. I was satisfied with all of the work performed. Provider was polite and professional.

Jerry was good and showed up on time. He is very cordial and professional and i would use him again. He performed all the jibs we agreed on and completed them in good time. His price for the the jobs were reasonable.

Jerry was great. I purchased a Big Deal for 8 hours of work and he responded very promptly via email. Jerry let me know all the supplies that I needed for the job and also gave some tips on purchasing them (to save some money). He worked very hard for the entire day. He removed some old really stuck wallpaper in one of my rooms, gave me some advice on some other things and he repaired drywall holes and painted in the master bedroom-it looks like a whole new room. I have scheduled more time for him to come back and finish the rest of the house.
