Description of Work: The owner came out and promised to help with design and basically never followed through. Completely ignored my calls and never sent any quote or tree help.

+ -1 moreI did not use this company as they did not keep their appointment to come out and provide the estimate or return my phone calls after a couple of messages of me trying to reschedule the estimate.
Description of Work: I contacted the company to provide an estimate for landscaping and erosion repair. I left a message with one of the office staff and it took several days for Blake to return my call. We made an appointment for Thursday 3/13/14 and he never showed up, never called to tell me he was not coming or call try and reschedule. I called Thursday at 4:30 (day of appointment) and again on Friday hoping to reach Blake to try and reschedule the estimate. I did not get a return call.
