The guy who came out was very good and professional. Everything has been going well so far. Hopefully the installers will live up to everyone else I have worked with.

I was not completely satisfied with the job due to the lack of responsiveness to my concerns. I had to call them about replacing some improperly installed molding. I had already paid for the job in full. They kept putting me off, saying the parts are being ordered. I was disappointed in this aspect of their service.
Description of Work: Home Depot removed my old doors and installed new French doors and sidelights and a front entry door. They removed and disposed of the old doors.

Same day service. Fast & efficient contractor knew the product, the process and the county codes. Delivered and installed same day purchased - on time as promised. Removed old water heater and cleaned up work area. Will use again and will recommend.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT, FROM THE SALES REP WHO INITIALLY CAME OUT TO GIVE ME A QUOTE (AND CONTINUED TO FOLLOWUP TO MAKE SURE HE HAD ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS), TO THE INSTALLER WHO HAD THE JOB DONE IN 2 DAYS. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND MET OR EXCEEDED ALL DEADLINES THEY GAVE ME, FROM WHEN I COULD EXPECT THE CUPBOARDS TO BE READY, TO HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO INSTALL. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB. HE WAS ON TIME, FINISHED BY 4PM, AND CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EACH DAY, SO MY KITCHEN DIDN'T FEEL LIKE A COMPLETE DISASTER. HE REPLACED SOME ADDITIONAL TRIM IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH WAS NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL JOB. I'M REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE AND THE PROFESSIONALISM THEY EXHIBITED!

THE JOB INCLUDED REPLACING CABINET DOORS, COVERING THE REMAINING EXPOSED AREAS OF THE CUPBOARDS W/LAMINATE, REPLACING ALL DRAWERS, INSTALLING PULLOUT DRAWERS IN THE CABINETS WHERE I KEEP POTS & PANS, INSTALLING ALL HARDWARE, AND REPLACING ALL TRIM.
