When we called for an estimate, they responded quickly. We had drawings of what we wanted and they made a couple of suggestions. We requested that they remove but not destroy the existing cabinets so that they could be repurposed. The crew was very clean and professional and we were very happy with the finished product!!

We had a terrible experience. When I received their estimate and called to get clarification on the work they were quoting, the estimator became agitated by my questions and "saved himself the energy" by ending our conversation and hanging up on me. In the contract provided, this company was charging for work that they had no intention of doing or would do for an outrageous sum of money (They were billing over $750 to "mop" my hardwood floors (?!)). As a stay at home mom, I was especially offended by his question of whether "I've ever been in business or ever known anyone in business." I was in the business field for over 10 years before choosing to be a stay at home mom, and this is certainly a business I would recommend staying away from!

FCR were meant to remove carpets and synthetic wood flooring and to dry out the environment completely. And then to replace all with new base boards, face boards, under felt, carpets and synthetic wood flooring. Within a couple of weeks of installation the synthetic wood flooring began to warp. The face boards had water marks at the carpet line. A pungent odor continued to exist from the original water damage. FCR offered no guarantee or warranty for their work. Claimed that the warped flooring was two weeks later due to 'normal wear' and new water damage (completely untrue). Basically refused to fix their bad work. Were rude aggressive and unprofessional when asked to fix their shoddy workmanship. Arrived recently to look at the damage that they had left behind and continue to make excuses , excuses Over $30k down the drain. If you want to avoid drama, expense and lies, avoid this company like the plague!!!!!
