+ -1 moreKen called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he went straight to work, determined what the problem was and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost.
Description of Work: My office has a security access door that would not latch becuase the strike plate had shifted. Ken came out the same day and made the repair very quickly and efficiently. The service fee and labor charges were extremely reasonable. Also, without being asked, he made an adjustment to the door closing arm, when we had been told by a previous door company that nothing could be done to keep the door from slamming. I now have this company's information in my contact list when future needs arise. I definitely recommend them!
