+ -1 moreThese guys are a complete disaster I would definitely recommend you work with a different company if you would like to actually get your project completed. They strung me along for weeks and kept telling me that the survey was going to be done tomorrow. I finally got something back from them after threatening them but once I asked them to correct some errors and to place my new home on the survey they stopped answering the phone altogether. I ended up having to have a whole Nother survey done from a second company just to get this project off the ground and I wasted $700 working with them. If you want to work with competent people these guys are definitely not it.

+ -1 moreI called Busbee and Poss to have a survey done on a house some clients were purchasing. I had to leave a VM, but Mr. Busbee called me right back, gave me a great price, and the survey was sent to me exactly when I expected. I had a couple of questions afterwards, and they were super helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company.

+ -1 moreRude, unprofessional and sub-standard work are the three phrases I would use to describe this business. I will try to keep this brief – My wife and I contracted with Busbee and Poss to produce a site plan of our property when we were adding a deck to the house. To be fair, we did get the deck using the “site plan” they supplied. However the trouble started later, when we used the “site plan” to have new plans drawn after our home was destroyed in a storm. It turns out that they left off an entire sanitary sewer line that crossed my property, which made the plans I had drawn up totally worthless and cost me tens of thousands of dollars and many months of delays. When I went back to them and asked for an explanation, I was told by Michael Poss, the VP of the company, that they did not produce a site plan for us but some other document. This is despite the fact that DeKalb County requires a site plan for additions and that he himself called a site plan when he emailed it to us. In fact he seemed to be completely unaware of DeKalb County’s requirements. My wife and I found Michael Poss’s behavior specifically to be very rude and amateurish all the way through to the end of the ordeal. Long story short, despite promises to refund our money, they never did. Ultimately we sued them for breach of contract and negligence and the court ruled in our favor. I cannot state clearly enough – stay away from this company, do not contact them for services, you will regret it!!!
