+ -1 moreBell South is the type of place that has particular prices and they are set with those prices only. It seems as though they stick to the packages they have only and I did not want everything they wanted to offer. They were very professional and were able to explain what hey had available but it was not what I really wanted.
Description of Work: I wanted Bell South to put in a new alarm system in my 4000 square foot home. The service was not provided because of the pricing.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE FOR NOT ENTIRELY RELIABLE SERVICE, AND SOMETIMES THE CONNECTIONS ARE KIND OF SLOW. THE PEOPLE WERE ALWAYS PROMPT AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY HAVE COME OUT TO FIX SORT OF LINE ISSUES, BUT THEY DON'T COME ON A REGULAR BASIS OR ANYTHING.
