It just didn't seem that they were performing all that they needed to perform. They kept changing people. The quality of the work didn't seem up to par. They weren't really going into the area that really needed to looked at. My interaction with them was fine. I didn't have problem interacting with them. The work wasn't that great. We are still getting bugs. They did show up.

well for three years I received top notch service from Arrow until my last service. My usual technician was promoted and a new tech came to do my service. I was not home at the time, but they always do it when I'm gone and I have never had any issues. This time after my tech left I noticed that he didn't clear the hornets nests under my porch railing, this is something that my previous tech did every visit for three years with no extra charge, naturally I assumed it was part of my service agreement. I called Arrow and they told me that it was not and that my old technician should not have done it for free for three years. I asked the lady in the office how she would feel if put in the same situation she told me I should feel lucky that I got the service for free all these years. My question to her was this, if a representative from your company that obviously is an above average employee worthy of promotion performed a service for me for three years without charge,is it not reasonable that I thought the service was included. Also that service should be included in my pest control based on passed experience. I mean if you want to keep a long time loyal customer the obvious answer at least to me would be yes, there answer however was no. So the old tech is probably being punished now for providing excellent customer service and Arrow will never see a dime of my money again. Pretty stupid to loose a customer over two 1" bye 1" hornets nests.

They are very professional pest control service provider. They are not pricey and would come back and service free of cost if there are any pests inside the house. I would highly recommend them.

They are very prompt. When I call for an appointment, they are always here within a couple days.

We have used Arrow Exterminators for a long time. They are very friendly and competent. They will come back if you see bugs and will spray again at no additional cost.

Arrow Exterminators Duluth has always been friendly. they do a good job, and i have no complaints about them. i will use them again in the future.

They spray the exteriors of my house for bugs and I also use them for my termite bond. They come out and check the termite system around my house. They are very reliable and when we first bought our there was some old termite damage in our garage and they send someone out to repair and they did a nice job. We have never had any problems.

Very polite and knowledgeable. Very pleased with this service so far. Called ahead to see if he could come early. Prompt response with my phone calls.

OVERALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. HOWEVER, I ENDED UP SWITCHING TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY BECAUSE OF A CHARGE FOR PEST CONTROL I DIDN'T GET. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO GET THE CHARGE REMOVED. THERE WAS ONE PERSON THAT WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME, BUT NO OTHER. AFTER THAT, I SAID FORGET IT.

CHECK TRAPS MONTHLY AND LEAVE RESULTS AT THE DOOR. WHEN TERMITES EXISTED, THEY'VE REPAIRED DAMAGE AT NO CHARGE.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR PEST CONTROL FOR 8-9 YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. WE ALSO USED THEM TO TREAT OUR HOUSE FOR TERMITES. THEY ELIMINATED THE ACTIVE TERMITES QUICKLY.

NEVER SET UP APPOINTMENTS, WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT EVERY YEAR TO CHECK AND DID NOT.

GOOD, COURTEOUS MANNER. PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. ONCE THEY WOULD COME, EVERY THREE MONTHS, I WAS PRETTY MUCH BUG FREE. THE HOUSE WOULD BE CLEAN, I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE.
