I have been using A Polished Touch for almost 2 years, and I have not been disappointed! Emily (owner) is very attentive and customer satisfaction is top priority. She is always accommodating when I need to change my schedule at the last minute and she remembers the details about my home that are important, so I don't have to repeat them each time my home is cleaned. She works hard to keep the same crew, but sometimes substitutions have to be made. One time after a sub I felt like things weren't the way I was used to (although it was still good) she was more than willing to honor her policy to come back within 24hrs and make it right. It was such a minor detail I didn't need her to come back, but the fact that she offered without me asking showed she was committed to my happiness, and her brand and that's super important to me. I always feel like my home is in safe hands and have no concerns over the security and safety of my belongings. I have referred The best part of all is that the price is VERY reasonable. I received quotes for multiple companies before deciding to use A Polished Touch and the services they offered were equal to the others and way cheaper. The cheaper price in no way reflects the level of service I received and I refer them to all of my friends and family.
