Retired, moved here 2023. Service was Every Week during Season & Twice per month during OFF Season.
Last time Legacy serviced Pool one time in November 2024! Apparently services were ended without any Notice / Communication - Not a Good Business Practice!
Problems: Terrible COMMUNICATION! Supposed to service pool Friday?s. Pool had 5 Algae Blooms! Service days changed without notice & even skipped service. We left gate open for Service & Legacy Doesn?t show. Safety Issue / Liability! Service was Maintenance & Chemicals and any mechanical issues; I pay only for Parts. Halfway through Season changed to I need to buy Chemicals; now for repairs, there?s a Labor Charge. I think I deserved to be treated with Dignity & Respect. They just STOPPED Coming!

Quick response. Replaced my sand filter for my pool. Very professional. Went above and beyond. Found other issues and made those repairs, as well. Hired to maintain pool. I receive an email of pool service report each visit. I have used other pool companies and have not been satisfied. I was extremely impressed with Legacy Pools and relieved that I was finally able to find a reputable company. Aaron is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain issues that I have with my pool. I would highly recommend Legacy Pools.

He was prompt. Communicated clearly and openly. He gave me a report on what was going to be done each month/week. I was overall very impressed as he was honest and did not give me just a sales pitch. Exceptional knowledge about technology of all sorts of pumps, etc.,

I got an IMMEDIATE call back in response to my request for a quote. Within 24 hrs of making the initial request, the job was done! Aaron was so helpful and kind and didnâ t seem at all bothered by my last minute request to clean and close the pool and cover it with a new cover that I had purchased. He was efficient and Iâ d recommend Legacy Pools in a heartbeat!
