I contracted with this company to install my pool. They said that they would start in 2 to 3 weeks. The installer showed up about three weeks after I paid them and said that it would take him about one day to do the installation. He did not return when he said he would. It has been almost a month now and the installation is still not completed. I have contacted the installer several times and have been given several promise to be here to finish the installation. The installer has not shown back up to finish. There were only a couple of minor things that needed to be completed. They left a back hoe with broken hydraulic hoses in my yard for about two weeks. They do not keep appointments and they just quit working on my job and have not been in contact with me to even try to explain why they walked off of the job without finishing. When I call the installer now he does not answer.
