+ -1 moreInitially it went well, the driver's were courteous and professional. The problem is at management level. The last month I contracted with this service they failed to pickup trash on the day scheduled. They did not call or otherwise advise. Their fee for extra trash was completely unreasonable. A second trash can cost $35.00 to empty on the regular trash pickup. I stopped their service at the end of the month and they continued to bill me for the next month plus "finance" charges. First they overcharged me on more than one occasion and when I would call, they refused to return my call. Their bookkeeping person needs to go back to school. Seldom get anyone to answer phone. Added miscellaneous charges to my bill and then refused to acknowledge them. Difficult to deal with, arrogant and threatening credit bureau action rather than going over bill to come to a understanding. Bad experience, would not recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: Residential garbage pickup and removal, once per week. Charged $20.00 plus $5.00 to come into the lane for pickup. Total $25, most recently $28.75. Provided container with lid for garbage.
