Sandy responded to my panicked phone call yesterday evening and made an extra unscheduled stop by my house within fifteen minutes to deal with the black widow spider I'd found. This brave woman pushed into my garage with the LIGHTS OFF, armed only with a flashlight and a spider trap, and did valiantly vanquish the spider that so vexed me. She was friendly, informative, and just all around awesome to me in the entire process. I am eternally grateful for her emergency response service. I immediately contracted Vanguard to deal with the basement problem the following day. Joe showed up exactly on time and very confidently dealt with the problem. I was able to plan out another visit in a month to ensure the problem was taken care of. Joe and Sandy were even both friendly with my two dogs, which always means a lot to me. I really can't recommend this business strongly enough. They are quite excellent, and I'm grateful for their service.

Vanguard called me within 24 hrs of me leaving a message for them, and they were at my door less than 24 hrs from that first conversation. Their pest specialist was very professional and helpful. I've since decided to go on a month to month service with them. I would highly recommend them for pest control services.

Sandy (owner) did a termite inspection after we had seen termites swarming from our basement. She confirmed the termites, discussed treatment, quoted me a rate and we scheduled treatment to be done 2-3 days later. Treatment went well; it took a few hours to complete. We were very satisfied and decided to sign up for annual inspections and Vanguard's lifetime warranty.
