+ -1 moreHe charged me just for the labor for changing three locks because I bought the locks. He was very punctual, on time and he had everything he needed to get the job done. If there are any issues for any reasons, I can give him a call and he will be back and I don’t have to keep on calling him. He is very dependable. I will use him again in the future if needed.
Description of Work: I use V & C Maintenance Contracting LLC for locksmith service. The last time I used him was to change three locks.

+ 0 moreHe charged me only $10 because he was doing some other work and I happened to mention that the light was not working. He said okay and that he would look at it when he was done with that work and he fixed the light fixture. I would use him again in the future if needed.
Description of Work: I used V & C Maintenance Contracting LLC for electrical. The last time I used him was to fix an exterior lights fixtures that wasn’t working.

window treatments
+ -1 moreHe is a general contractor, so he does everything and I call him on his cell phone when needed. He is licensed and bonded also. There are about 30 windows altogether in the house and he is charging me about $950 including the shades and installation.
Description of Work: I am using Vincent from V & C Maintenance Contracting LLC to put in window shades, so he is still working for me. I have been using him since the last 7 years.

+ -1 moreHe comes and checks the A/C when the season starts and service the unit. I have three houses on the same sub-division and he does all three of them. He comes out whenever the summer is almost starting, he will probably be here next week when the weather improves a little bit, to check on the air-conditioning and service it. He charges me $35 per house. I will continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I use V & C Maintenance Contracting LLC for heating and air-conditioning maintenance twice a year.
