 + -1 moreI would not suggest him or refer him to work for anyone that I know. He should only comment on his performance and not downgrade the competition. Everything that he did was timely, so that was not an issue. If you have other questions, I will be glade to discuss this further. His estimate was out of line by about 35,000.00
Description of Work: I was not impressed with his explanation of what it would take to do the job. Some of the items he mentioned were over the top, and added to the cost estimate. The main issue that affected my decision is that when he came to give me the estimate he started attacking the credibility of the other contractor that I was talking to. He had arrived prior to the completion of our walk through, and obviously was a little upset. He was a little ahead of time. Also he t reated me like I was a dumb female, and as a former business owner, that does not work for me.

 + 3 moreThe final job was excellent. My only complaint was that the job took a long time, however, it was worth the wait. He was prompt and professional. I will be using him again to add on to the deck in the back yard.
Description of Work: We had a problem with the toilet where it flooded the entire house. We hired him to contract the work and get everything repaired. He started in the master bath by replacing the floor, toilet, moldings and painted the walls. He replaced the drywall in both my kitchen and living room. He replaced all my hardwood flooring on the first floor. We also had him rip the carpet off the steps and had hardwood flooring installed there.
